Beautiful you.

As we drop in to this delicious,

Sacred space of appreciation,

Find a comfortable position where your spine can be straight,

Either seated or lying down.

As you move into that position,

Feel the gentle breath that is you,

Moving in and moving out and through your body.

Maintain that focus on your breath as you inhale deeply into your belly,

Exhaling out from the belly through the root into Mother Earth.

Nothing to do,

Nothing to think,

Everything to just be.

To be in the space of appreciation and presence to your breath.

Now as you pull your breath up from Mother Earth into the belly,

Fill the belly as you exhale out through the top of the spine.

Continue to focus on your breath that is spirit moving through you.

It is life.

It is who you are.

It is the breath.

Exhale out through the root,

Reaching deeply through Mother Earth into the Earth's core.

As you pull the breath up,

Inhale into the belly and exhale out through the top of the head.

At this moment of focus on the breath,

We focus on our channel.

Our channel is where the flow of breath,

It's the flow of us.

It's where we originate.

Think of you as your precious spine holding the precious you of your breath.

Inhaling in through the channel,

Filling the belly,

Exhaling out through the belly,

Down through the root into Mother Earth.

Have your focus on the breath.

Be in the background of these moments we are taking to experience appreciation.

Appreciation for who we are,

Appreciation for who we be,

Appreciation for all that we have,

Appreciation for the perfection of the imperfection of all that we are and all that we aren't,

Of all that the world is and all that it is not.

Breathe in through the channel,

Filling the belly,

Exhale out from the belly into Mother Earth through the root,

Down deep into the Earth's core.

As you pull that breath,

Inhaling into the belly from Mother Earth,

Exhaling out through the top of the head.

And as you exhale through the top of the head,

Go ahead and access your access to light.

It could be six inches,

Eight inches,

Two feet above your head.

Whatever that means for you,

That contact to the higher energy,

With the higher energies,

With the light.

Pull the light in through our precious channels,

Our spine,

Filling the breath,

Inhaling,

Filling the belly,

Exhaling out through the root into Mother Earth.

Feel that light alchemizing itself as it hits the ground,

Reaching Mother Earth to the Earth's core,

Pulling back up into our belly as life force,

Filling our bellies as we fill the channel,

Exhaling out through the top of head,

Accessing the energy,

The force,

The multidimensional aspects of the light.

Continue to have the focus on the breath kind of running in the background or flowing in the background.

As you now bring your focus,

Your consciousness to something in your life that you have deep appreciation for.

Take a few moments here.

If your mind gets in the way or wants to chatter,

Just acknowledge it.

Acknowledge the beautiful mind for the survivorship,

The thriveship that it tries to provide.

It has provided because you are here.

Allow for sacred space for the mind just to do what it's going to do,

But also put that in the background.

Doesn't need to take away our attention on our sacred breath,

Which is who we really are.

Now bring your attention onto that thing,

That item,

That moment,

That sunset,

That beach,

That beautiful relationship,

Your beloved,

Your family,

Whatever it might be.

Be with that which you have contacted,

That which you have so much appreciation for.

Image what that is,

Who it is,

Whatever you have chosen.

Feel the feelings there are to feel around that delicious,

Those delicious feelings of appreciation.

Feel it in your body with all your senses.

If you can taste it,

Taste it.

Feel,

Hear,

Visualize.

Bring all the colors of the rainbow of what you are imaging that you have so much appreciation for.

Take a bath in it.

Let it ooze through your body like a summer wind flowing gently through all parts of your body.

Bathe yourself in this delicious realm of appreciation.

Feel that energy move from your body to fill your outer,

Outer edges,

Your energy body,

Your etheric body,

The levels of you that exist in the subtle realms.

My beloved,

You do not exist just in your body.

You exist full of energy that exudes below you,

Above you,

Around you,

Way beyond,

Way beyond your body's borders.

Feel that energy of appreciation,

The delicious realm fill your energy body,

Your etheric body and beyond.

Notice any sensations in your body.

Continue to breathe into the delicious realm of appreciation as you train your system and your neurology to experience appreciation as if it's now for that which you can remember,

But that memory can be programmed into your system at any given moment.

Now as you recall and you actually become appreciation,

Bring that energy into your present,

Your presence and as if you were filling your life around you and the presence of your life and all its circumstances,

Fill the energy of appreciation with that delicious,

Delicious bubbling up,

Bubbling up full of appreciation energy.

See if you can bask in the glory of the appreciation even for your challenges,

Even for those people and or circumstances that it just feels a little challenging to bask in this energy.

Go ahead,

You can do it.

Breathe appreciation into all aspects,

All aspects,

The colors of the rainbows in your life,

Every hue,

Every imaginable energy that you have that makes up your incredible existence and the incredible you.

Take a few more minutes here,

Breathing in and breathing out.

Feel what it's like in your body both internally and externally as the energy being that you are to bask and to be the space,

The vibration,

The frequency of appreciation.

Now in a moment,

We're going to bring this delicious space to a close but the energy,

The frequency of appreciation,

Keep that in your body,

Keep that in your subtle energies around you as you go and flow into the rest of your day.

Now bring your focus back into your breath,

Inhaling into the belly,

Exhaling out through the root,

Pulling that precious breath up through the root into your belly,

Out through the top of your head.

As we gently,

With love,

With presence,

Come back to our breath,

Come back to the room,

We wiggle our toes,

Wiggle our fingers as we gently move back into the moment experiencing appreciation.
