Welcome. My name is Alexandra Love and let's go on a journey together. We'll start by completely relaxing our body. However you're meditating, Laying down or sitting up, Take a deep inhale and exhale and allow your body to relax. Again, Inhale and exhale. Inhale and exhale. Continue breathing as you feel an energy of relaxation release and relief coming over your body. As you take an inhale, Draw energy in and on your exhale, Relax, Release. Feel the top of your head relaxing. Feel this energy of calm relaxation washing over your body, Down your face, To the muscles behind your eyes, Relax, Release. Feel the muscles in your cheeks, Your mouth, Your chin, Your jaw. Relax and release. Take another inhale, Draw in and exhale, Relax, Release. Feel the muscles in your neck loosen. Draw in and inhale and relax your shoulders upon the exhale. Feel this calming energy wash down your arms, Your biceps, Into your elbows, Your forearms, Relax, Release, Your wrists, The palms of your hands, Your fingers, All the way to your fingertips, Relax, Release. Continue to breathe and on the exhale, Feel your chest relax and unwind. Feel this calming energy washing over you as all the muscles in your torso relax and release. Your sides, Feel your spine unwind and release. Feel any tension in your lower back release and relax. Feel the tops of your thighs relaxing, Unwinding, The sides, The backs of your thighs. Feel this calming energy flow down to your knees, Relax, Release. Feel it flow down to your calves, Your shins, Your ankles, Every little piece, Relax, Release. Feel the tops of your feet relax and release, The bottoms of your feet, Your heels, Every muscle and every toe relax and release. Feel this calming energy washing over your body, Relaxing every bit. Take another inhale and an exhale. Inhale and exhale as you feel this energy calming, Bringing relief to your body, Releasing and unwinding any tension. Today we're going to talk about inspiration. I feel good about my life and I am inspired. I am constantly creating and I am inspired. I am constantly creating, I am inspired and life comes to me in the most beautiful ways. My art is my artistry and my artistry is how I live my life. How I live my life is so unique and divine. How I live my life is unique and divine and inspired. I feel this place within me, This unique place inside me. It is not here to be judged. It is not here to be scrutinized. It is mine. It is only mine. It is only mine and it is only for me. And when I feel that feeling of inspiration, This place inside me rejoices. This place is my innermost peace. Life comes to me in so many different beautiful and unique ways and I am inspired. I am inspired to laugh. I am inspired to communicate. I am inspired to love. I am inspired to say thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I am inspired to create and each of my movements is a creation within itself. I am inspired to communicate with love and everyone around me feels it. My presence is inspired. I am an inspired being. My body is inspired. My mind is inspired. My connection with Source is inspired. This inspiration grows like a light inside myself. I can see it clearly. It is the color of my choosing and it grows as life comes to me in all of its beautiful and unique ways. My inspiration is like an ocean of love that wants to be expressed. I see it growing inside me, Expanding, Radiating. I am inspired. Sometimes I feel like I want to share my inspiration. Sometimes I feel like I want to keep it to myself. Both are okay. Both are okay. As I move through this world, I'm inspired. Where do I go next? I know deep inside. What do I say next? I know deep inside. I listen with compassion. I communicate with love. I travel through the world in my own unique way because I am inspired to do so. I am inspired to be myself. My mind is inspired. I move through the world, Exploring, Discovering, Enjoying, Rising to challenges. My mind is inspired. I am inspired to speak my mind. My connection to Source is inspired. I awaken in the morning. I feel my connection with Source. And I move through the world on a path of love and conscious appreciation from within. My connection with Source is inspired. I am inspired. I am inspired to create. I am inspired to connect. I am inspired to enjoy. I am inspired to rest. All of my choices come from this place of inspiration. I feel it growing as a light within me. It is any color I choose and it expands. It comes from that place of inner knowing and with every movement I make in its honor, It grows. I inhale and I exhale and this inspiration grows within me. I am excited to live my life. I am excited to live my life. My inspiration grows. I am here, Present, With myself, Inspired. I inhale and exhale and this feeling grows. This energy of inspiration is filling my body. It's reaching its ways to the surface of my skin. I inhale and exhale and it radiates forth. My inspiration surrounds my entire body. Inhale and exhale and it radiates even further. My inspiration precedes me. I am inspired in all things. I am excited for my life. I am inspired. I create. I love. I laugh. I appreciate. And life comes to me in ways unique to me. I am inspired to love myself. I am inspired to be myself. I am inspired to speak my mind. I am inspired to honesty. I am inspired to love. As this energy of inspiration envelops my entire body, I bask in its radiance. My inspiration is mine and mine alone. It is ever-present, Ever-growing, Ever-expansive. As I inhale, I allow this energy to settle into my body. Exhale. As I inhale, I allow this energy to settle into my mind. Exhale. And as I inhale, I allow this energy to settle into my connection with Source. Exhale. I am bright. I am radiant. I am creative. I am love. I am amazing. I am divine. I am inspired.
