That embodies path creative,
Considerate,
And well executed.
A card that you can call upon when you have a lot on your plate and you need to get things done well.
Or maybe your passions have you all over the place and you need to get them in line and in flow.
Or maybe you're feeling complacent and want to get back fired up and into your power.
For this meditation you may sit,
Stand,
Lie down,
Or continue with your current tasks,
Whichever works best for you and allows you to connect with your deepest self.
Let us start with some centering so that you can release the world and enter a space that is just for you.
At your own pace I want you to take three slow deep centering breaths,
Breathing in stillness and focus,
And breathing out any worries,
Distractions,
Or tension.
I will do this now as well.
Now together we will take three visualizing breaths to open our minds and spirits to the work of the affirmations.
Get ready.
Breathing in,
Be the fire of the King of Wands being sparked in your belly,
Your solar plexus.
Breathing out,
Grounding into your body and feeling connected to yourself in this moment.
Breathing in,
Allowing the fire to grow and spread through your body.
Breathing out,
Visualizing fear and uncertainty and limiting beliefs being cleansed by the fire of the Wands.
Breathing in,
Watching the fire grow into your aura and become your very being.
And breathing out,
Settling into the energy that is the King of Wands.
Now take a moment to feel the fire energy emanating throughout your body.
We will now begin the affirmations.
I will say each one and give space if you choose to repeat it,
Whether out loud or within.
We will do each affirmation twice.
I am the King of Wands.
I am the fire.
