Worrying can be a paralyzing thing, especially when we are focused on what we lack. This meditation, based on the tarot card the 5 of Pentacles, reminds us that we have more than we think if we are willing to look beyond our worry and fear. Hello and welcome to tarot meditations by Navigate Artfully.

My name is Alex Hawkins and I will be your guide for this moment.

Today's meditation is inspired by the five of pentacles.

This card is one that deals with worry,

Scarcity,

Fear,

Doubt,

And lack,

Especially as it relates to tangible resources and overall abundance in your life.

It reminds us that in spite of the way that the situation looks,

We always have abundant resources and possibilities available.

You may stand,

Sit,

Lie down,

Or continue with your current tasks,

Whichever works best for you and allows you to connect with your deepest self.

Let us start with some centering so you can release the outside world and enter a space that is just for you.

At your own pace,

I want you to take three slow deep centering breaths.

As you are breathing in,

Breathe in stillness and focus,

Grounding into your body and feeling connected to yourself in this moment.

And as you exhale,

Breathe out any worries,

Distractions,

Or tension in your being.

I will do this now as well.

Now together we will take three visualizing breaths to open your mind and spirit to the work of the affirmations.

Breathe in,

Visualizing yourself being securely held and cradled in the hands of the universe.

Breathe out,

Allowing that visual to bring ease and balance to your root chakra at the base of your spine.

Breathe in,

Feeling that support spread through your body and putting you completely at ease.

Breathe out,

Visualizing all of your needs being met,

Your bills being paid,

And everything being satisfied in your life.

Breathe in,

Feeling into the peace of being completely taken care of and secure.

Breathe out,

Spreading gratitude and ease through your being and into the universe.

Take a moment to feel the stable earth energy grounding your body.

Now let us begin the affirmations.

I will say each one and you can choose to repeat it out loud or within.

We will do each affirmation twice.

Now take a moment to breathe in this secure place of trust where you are free from worry and fear about having the things you need.

See yourself walking as an abundant being,

Regardless of the current state of your bank account or surroundings.

Remember,

Abundance is a state of mind and a way of viewing the world.

The more you see and appreciate what you have,

The more that you will value what you have instead of mourning what you lack.

And the more you are grateful for what you have,

The more you can make space for more to come to you.
