Hello and welcome to your vision meditation for childbirth journey.
I am Alice and I am your guide today.
This meditation will help you project what you truly desire for your pregnancy and your birth,
What your ideal scenario is.
We tend to focus on what we don't want when really we should focus on what we do want.
This exercise will help you recognize opportunities that present themselves in your life now because your subconscious mind will be looking for them,
Whether you are conscious of it or not.
Before we begin the exercise,
Let's bring ourselves to the present moment,
Relaxed and feeling secure.
Find a comfortable position and close your eyes.
Breathe with your stomach to relax your body and lower its stress response.
We take a big deep breath in through the nose and long breath out through the mouth.
Again deep breath in and long breath out.
Let's put aside for the time of the meditation any worries on the past events or on your day to day to do's.
You are here and now and you should be proud to take this time for yourself.
Be grateful to have this time for yourself.
Nothing else matters but you are here and now.
Continue breathing with your stomach and now go back to your natural breathing.
Quiet,
Gentle and relaxed.
Reduce kind of your body to make sure that you are fully relaxed and you don't hold any tensions in your body.
So we are going to start with looking at your feet and if you feel any tension throughout the meditation just breathe into that area of the body and release it.
We are with your feet and you come up to your knees,
Your thighs,
Your lower back,
Your stomach,
Your chest,
Your upper back,
Your neck,
Shoulders,
Arms,
Hands and fingers,
The base of your head,
Your toes and mouth,
Your eyebrows and your forehead.
Just breathe in and relax completely.
Just let go of any tension.
Take one deep breath in and out.
Now you are going to keep slowing your breath and you focus on my voice.
Nothing else matters but here and now.
We are the authors of our lives and we are either consciously or unconsciously creating a present moment experience.
During this time of reflection give yourself permission to feel into your heart and what it is truly you desire for your pregnancy and your birth.
There is no limit.
I will pose after each exercise to let your mind run free and focused on the question.
Don't resist any thought.
Just let your imagination and your truly desires come through your conscious.
So now you are a few weeks to your due date.
You will soon meet your baby,
Your beautiful baby.
How do you want your day to look like?
How do you feel?
What do you do?
Who is with you?
Let your mind tell you without any judgment what it is that you truly want for this day to be.
Be as specific as you can.
Labour is starting,
You clearly recognize it.
You are empowered and you are confident.
Who is with you?
How do you feel?
Where are you?
What time is it?
What do you smell?
What do you see?
Baby is about to be in your arms.
You know you will meet your baby any minute now.
Focus on the joy this thought is bringing you.
You did it mama.
Baby is in your arms.
How do you feel?
What do you say?
Who is here with you?
Can you see your baby?
Can you imagine the joy?
The peace?
The pride?
How do you feel?
You are home with your baby.
The whole family is united.
How is it like?
Be specific.
How do you want to feel?
How do you want that time to be for you?
Baby is here.
Family is united.
This is a magical moment.
See yourself there and embrace the feeling.
Now we will return to our breath.
Deep breath in and deep breath out.
One more.
Big breath in,
Big breath out.
How does your body feel?
How do you feel?
Stay with that feeling a little longer.
Memorize it and body it.
Keep breathing with your stomach and stay with the feeling.
Stay with those joyful thoughts and see them.
Right here,
Right now,
You are in this moment.
Now when you are ready,
Gently open your eyes,
Wiggle your toes,
Your fingers,
Invite the energy back into your body.
You can do some gentle movements,
Whatever feels good.
You can return to this meditation as often as you wish.
Focus on the positive and the beautiful.
Don't judge and don't let your conscious assume what is possible and what isn't.
Just focus on your ideal scenario.
You can stop the recording after each question to give you more time.
You can write down the answers whenever judgment cloud your view.
Acknowledge it.
Be thankful because the fears want you to protect but you don't need it.
Give yourself permission to dream.
Everything is possible in this exercise.
Once you have your ideal vision,
Try to go back to it every day as you wake up or go back to bed or any time that you need to relax and ease into your worries.
Remember to focus on what you want rather than what you don't want.
The more you focus on the positive,
The more chance you have to attract your true desires.
The more chance you have to have your positive experience.
