Welcome dear one to this meditation for inner balance and harmony.
Allow yourself to elongate your spine and elongate your neck.
Close your eyes and bring your right hand on your chest and left hand on your belly.
We'll start breathing deeply,
Counting 4 during our inhalations and during our exhalations.
Deep inhale 1 2 3 4 exhale 4 3 2 1 inhale exhale inhale exhale.
Continue in your own rhythm dear one and observe what's happening,
What kind of sensations are going through your body,
What kind of sensations you do experience in your belly area and your stomach and in your heart.
And slowly slowly ask yourself what is there I wish to let go?
Taking a few breaths here,
Allow yourself maybe you are choosing here to let go of anxiety,
Of stress or maybe you would like to resolve some kind of connection.
Allow yourself to set an intention and then deeply inhale and start breathing white light into this space and allow yourself to visualize how the white light is melting all the dark spots away.
We'll be here for a few breaths,
Feeling yourself with white light,
Breathing white light,
Feeling yourself with white light and allowing yourself to be the way you are right now.
And now dear one allow yourself to bring both of your hands towards your heart and really to ask yourself how does my heart wants to express itself today?
Maybe it wants to dance,
Maybe it wants to draw or paint or write or meditate or do some kind of mindfulness practice or go for a nature walk allow yourself to take it as a rule to take it as a must and even if you take five minutes for that that means you already succeeded.
Try to accomplish it still today.
Your heart wish.
Listening to your heart it's what really makes you happy.
So allow yourself to establish a ritual perhaps with this meditation or any other where you connect to your heart where you listen to your heart and you feel inspired and empowered to create something beautiful.
Maybe a song,
Maybe a dance,
Maybe an artwork or maybe you hear your own message and it's something that gives you courage.
It's something that gives you strength.
It's something that fills your body with beautiful energy completely.
We all know how it feels dear one when we experience bliss or very pleasant sensations of joy or goodness.
So allow yourself now to smile to yourself and choosing to do something to express yourself somehow in order to have this experience of bliss,
Of joy,
Of love.
Allow yourself to bring both of your hands on your heart and imagine there is beautiful lotus blossoming into your heart and the more you breathe into this lotus with love,
Kindness and compassion towards yourself the more it unfolds and blossoms and flourishes.
Take seven deep breaths into your heart dear one.
Listen to it,
Be it.
Smile to it gently.
Saying I'm here,
I'm listening to you.
And slowly,
Slowly allow yourself to reflect upon five things you are grateful for in life.
In your mind you would say I'm grateful for and wherever comes.
Allow yourself to be here as long as it feels right for you.
I wish you a blissful life.
