Hello, I'm so excited to be here. I'm excited to be with my regular bathers and my guests here on the Insight Timer. So hopefully you've run a bath already. And yeah, So hopefully you've run a bath and you're about to get in it. So I'm going to start today. I'm singing my own material all the way through this ceremony. The ceremony varies many times. What we what we're doing is celebrating this moon. And you're going to be using your voices. And tonight what happens is I take my bath earlier in the day and I tune into the energies and whatever. And I share with you my process today and encourage you to do your process. Now, You don't need to use your fingers on your devices at all. This is you don't even need to watch. It's more of an audio experience, A guided process. So feel free to, You know, Close your eyes and just this is your personal self-clear journey with yourself. And I'm here to guide it through. So we're starting off with a song called All We Really Want. And this is the song that you can just climatize, Get inside the bath. We're bringing our Hello Transformational. So just so you know, I can't encourage you in the bath if you are in a bath to use wet fingers on your devices. Okay. So we are going to get inside our baths. Now, Maybe you've got minerals with you to put in the water. Definitely, It's worth having something to scrub yourself with and something to moisturize your skin with at the end. I'll talk you through the process and first of all, I'm just going to let you know you're taking your inner child in the bath with you. So this is your acclimatization song. It's one of my songs. Just allow yourself to get into the water. Listen to the words. There's a way for us to see we're all part of the same family. Maybe they would understand. No one ever. To be hurtful. They're just trying to help. When intrinsically we are the same. We were born with open hearts. So you're bringing your innocent self, One who was born innocent in that water with you. Breathe into your own innocence. There's a way to see the truth instead of seeing just what we want to see. Maybe then we could compromise. And then realize. We could be. We could be. When intrinsically we are the same. We were born with open hearts. We're just trying to play the game. Oh, We really want. Someone to hold us. And not to come. So we ever want is love. And we're giving ourselves love tonight. Oh, That they really do understand. Oh, But it won't. All we ever want is love. Acknowledging yourself as that innocent being who only wants to be loved and you're bringing that being into the bath with you tonight. Today, Wherever you are in the world. OK, So the magic of water. The magic of water will let you. It has so much magic and you are immersing yourself into the magic of water. You're allowing yourself to be held tonight or two or say tonight, Whatever time it is for you. And you can just allow that water, The warmth of the water to really surround you. You're going back into that womb situation. And tonight we really are tuning into our innocence, The innocence that we were born with. This beautiful, Innocent childlike soul that is always actually with us everywhere we go. And we are cultivating the relationship we have with that childlike essence. So what happens, What this ceremony has certain elements that stay the same and some that change every time. I do this every new moon and every full moon and in a full moon, In a new moon, It's a good time for planting seeds. We do a lot of that. And in a full moon, It's a harvesting moment, A reflection moment on where we've been. And this being the first moon of the new year, There's a lot of reflection energy in the air at the moment. And that's going to come in to play. So first of all, We are going to I'm going to sing for you. I'm going to sing my song Love is Everywhere, Which is on the Insight Time app. And and basically I'm going to be singing to the water and the water I'm singing to is the water that's surrounding you right now. But it's also the water that's in every cell of your body. And in this song or mantra, It has it has a mantra. And in the mantra, I can't even say it right now because I'm too excited. But what I interpret the mantra to mean is that the divine outside is equal to the divine inside. And I'm using that concept to connect to the water outside and the water inside. So as above, So below, It's kind of that principle. So we I'm singing to the water inside of you and I'm singing to the water surrounding you and I'm infusing it with love energy. And and this is really important so that you can feel held because the water really does hold us. We can't think it will make us float, Especially if we're breathing nice and deeply. So in this moment, When you're you're listening to the song and you're in the spirit of the water, I would like you to slow down your breath. Start to breathe deeply. Feel yourself. Feel yourself being held. Notice have you got bubbles? If so, Are they popping around? You notice the sounds, Notice the ripples of the water on your skin where the edge of the water meets the air. Notice the air that's evaporating the liquid from the surface of your skin that's above the bath and just become more and more present and allow yourself to sink into the energy of love. OK. Is always the way. Oh, I feel. So. Whoa. Oh, Whoa. invigorated and you feel clean so what's going to happen next is uh we are going to empty the plug and it's going to go down the plug hole but before we do this is the moment when we will howl so i'm encouraging you to howl uh it's a wolf moon and this particular ceremony is definitely a tribute to my friend's wolfy dog who has passed into the non-physical uh in the last week or so and um that inspired me actually to howl because my friends when she howled her dog is the howl too so i encourage you to howl now you don't have to do it loud i know elaine is here and elaine was like i'm not gonna howl loud because my neighbors but listen howl that is a quiet howl so you don't have to do it loud but this is your moment you just let go of what no longer serves you and you howl now so it's one minute it's not very long um that's all and we're gonna howl for a minute you ready i'll do it too so if your neighbors hear me coming through your speaker it might make you feel a bit better howl howl howl howl when do you get to do that hey howl howl well maybe you do howl howl howl howl howl there's like joyful howls painful howls who knows uh but you can put whatever energy you want into the howl howl howl howl howl i always want to put my head up like a wolf howling at the moon tonight howling at the moon tonight i wasn't counting the seconds but we might have made it to a minute by now i hope you've been howling too it's fantastic because i can't hear you um and uh but you you all of you'll notice you'll notice how free you feel um by doing these regularly you definitely start to get well i've experienced people getting more and more liberated with their sounds um i certainly have myself so we've done some howling next thing we're going to do is put water down the plug hole so we're going to empty empty the water down the plug hole so i would like to encourage you to empty your bath now um now as we're emptying the bath we're gonna we're gonna be sending that water to planet earth and i want you to understand what's happening here so as it goes down the plug hole it's going to uh spin down actually this is what i was doing so i'm imagining it spiraling down into the earth yeah so you can empty your bath anytime now and i sat on the edge of the bath today but some people enjoy lying in the water and feeling it diminish so we're gonna shower so just so you know if you've still got remnants of dead skin on you and all that no longer serves you we're gonna shower next so just so you know that so we're gonna sit on the bath don't dry yourself yet i sat on the edge of the bath you could be in the water you know let that water and i would like you to imagine it now spiraling down down down down into the center of the earth but what actually is happening is it's going to go into the sewage system and it's going to go out into the sea at some point it's going to evaporate into a cloud and then at some point it's going to rain and it's going to rain down and it's going to be filtered through planet earth from some high point all the way down through the earth and it's going to appear in a spring somewhere and it's going to be drinkable and delicious because planet earth has the power and is just the process on this beautiful planet to transform what no longer serves us into something very useful and beautiful so we while we're letting go of this water it's that's what's going to happen so when you're going to tune in and just feel yourself tuning into this spiral that's going down down down into the earth it which at some point is going to happen okay just feel that feel that and also now we're going to name what the opposite of what we've just let go of so we're going to speak out loud because the power of your voice in speaking out loud is transformational so for example, As I told you earlier, I let go of misery and so when the opposite of misery is joy. And so I called in joy. Oh, It wasn't even calling in. It's like allowing planet earth to transfer transform the misery into joy. Also victim I transformed into hero I don't know it was something else. Anyway, If you get my drift. So I'd like you to now name out loud as this water is draining away and tuning into this spiral going down into the earth. What the opposite of that you just let go of is the planet Earth is going to generate for you. Okay, So now we're going to shower. Now, As I've told you before, The process of the water cycle will involve rain. So when you're in the shower. We're going to imagine that rain. That's the last part of the water before it hits the filtration center said said here the filtration center that is Earth. If you imagine it's gone through the sewage has gone into the suit. It's already been cleaned. So some degree. We're talking metaphorically here as well as practically has gone into the clouds has come down as rain has already been cleaned to some degree but the last filtration process will be going through planet Earth. Okay, So that's the last part so we're going to be going to be journeying with that water so whilst you're in the shower now you're journeying with that water that rain as part of the journey of the process of what you've just asked to let go of and what you're going to bring in. And it's going to rain down on you are you shower. And why you shall you know let go of all the remnants of dead skin, You can just finish letting go of all the things that no longer serve you and wash them all off right. So, I'm going to play you one of my songs is called one last look, And it's all about that, That aspect of us that holds on to our problems and become so familiar with them that we can't let them go because we're going to do without them. So this is going to be playing while you shower doesn't matter whether you can hear it or not. It's your background music. When you finished. I want you to grab a towel and wrap it around yourself in the most loving holding way that you are the baby that went in the bath with you. You're the baby. If you're a short shower. Then you might start drawing yourself but if you do, Try yourself really gently. Okay, So this song is about three minutes. Before you go to buy to what no longer serves you. It's the last time you're going to look at it before it goes. The problems that we utilize the truth and then embrace to find the roots you gotta trace from the tip, But can all the way down within the message state of confusion. Realize it's only self delusion. When you find it, Put it in seclusion and take a look walking all the way around lies that you insist on telling cover up the note that you'll be sharing the skin no point in dwelling time to live the truth that you found and take one way. There's a train at the station. There's no point in putting yourself. There's a train that's ready to slip back on into the alive. The boy you turn around and walk away.
