Explore MeditationI am Ally from Alison in the universe I am a social worker & clinical supervisor who specializes in burn-out recovery & resilience, person centred & trauma informed approaches. I have an academic background in positive psychology, strengths, grief & loss, resilience & wellbeing. With a yogi practice history of 20+ years (if I don’t include dabbling as a teen!) I have a passion for yoga philosophy not just asana. I obtained my teacher training at the Byron yoga centre along with my Yin qualifications, I also have meditation accreditation gained from the international yoga teachers association. I facilitate crystal singing bowl workshops & engage people with their amazing healing sounds, I love delivering yin workshops & work with smaller groups of people to ensure a person centred approach.
