Stress relief meditation.

In a quiet place,

Close your eyes and sit comfortably.

Ensure your back is upright and you feel very still.

Close your eyes and turn your attention to your breathing.

Breathe in,

Hold on to that breath for as long as you can.

Let go as you breathe out.

Take another breath in now,

Holding on to that breath,

Feeling your lungs and your belly with air.

Holding,

Holding and letting go as you breathe out.

Taking another big breath of air,

Feeling your lungs,

Belly with air.

Really expanding and holding.

You can't hold on any longer,

Just letting go as you breathe out.

Just allowing the music to wash away,

Cleanse and declutter your mind.

It's trickling all the way over your head,

Oozing all the way down your shoulders,

Your torso,

Your lower back and tummy.

It's just gently trickling all the way down your legs through to your toes.

Just feeling this sense of release as you breathe in and let go as you breathe out.

Allow yourself now to go to that very deep part of yourself,

Deep place within.

Allow that feeling,

Centered,

Grounding feeling to slowly expand,

Getting bigger.

Create big bubble all around you now,

Centered.
