There is a source of life that loves and protects and supports you because it loves and protects and supports all that it has created,
Of course it does.
And flowing from that source are these abundant energies that are meant for your nourishment and thriving right now.
You are here to open up and receive these blessings into your body,
Into your day and pass them on.
How wonderful.
So as you arrive here,
The sun might be rising upon your day or you may have felt called from a feeling of need at any time.
Just know that you are welcome and safe in this peaceful space and your body is honoured.
You are safe to be well today and to live fully and freely in your own body and give it what it needs and allow it to guide and support you.
So begin to feel yourself settling into this moment,
Into your own body and breath.
Breathe in,
Breathe out and feel your body release and settle to the earth.
Remembering the earth's unwavering support for all living things.
As you feel your physical body connecting with that surface underneath you,
Putting your roots down,
Feeling your whole presence connecting with the sacred earth,
Her beauty,
Her resources,
Her love.
And then begin to feel yourself settling into your own wisdom and deep knowing that your body is a miracle of creation,
Deserving of love,
Deserving of respect,
Deserving of care.
And as you take some conscious,
Full,
Deep breaths,
You can take your hands to your precious beating heart and feel your own heart and that life beating inside it.
Ask yourself,
How do I feel meeting this energy here of my own essence beating its rhythm?
Taking that in,
Can you allow this to be a gesture of reverence and devotion that guides you into connection with the sacred presence and bigger energies that are as intimate as your own heartbeat?
And affirm,
As the day begins,
I open my heart to your presence.
I honor the life that flows through me and all living things,
Breathing them in these words and feeling yourself also sending them up.
I invite your healing energy to flow through me,
My mind,
Body,
And spirit.
May I be a vessel for your light today.
Breathing and feeling the connection deepening,
Feeling the hug of the earth,
The abundant grace flowing upward and into you.
The warm gaze of the universe beaming upon you.
Grace from the infinite universe flowing down and directly into your body right now.

Delighting in the fullness of your breath,
The generosity of air that is a gift from the oceans and the forests,

You can feel your heart blossom.
And with your exhalation,
All the stories that have closed your heart to grace melt and dissolve away.

Divine source of life,
I open myself to your wisdom within me.
Thank you for this body,
