Rose Garden Journey To Love

Hello my name is Meredith.

Welcome back to All The Above.

I am honored to share a meditation,

A journey inspired by the rose and I am holding a beautiful red rose to help to connect to the energy of this sacred flower.

The rose,

A symbol of love,

Of blossoming,

Of becoming,

Of growth,

Of ascension,

Of the heart.

This ancient beautiful symbol of love.

It's really what she is.

And I feel very connected to the rose.

I feel like there's something deep within me that is one with the rose,

One with the symbolism of the rose,

The story of the rose,

The journey of the rose,

The growth,

The blossoming,

The thorns,

All of her.

So I would like to invite you to settle in wherever you are,

Knowing that any way that you choose to receive this will be divinely placed in your path,

Will be perfect,

Allowing yourself to go within,

To breathe deeply,

To soften your body,

To release any tension,

Any gripping,

To relax,

To arrive,

To simply be.

Inviting you to think about a rose,

To envision it in your mind,

Allowing it to appear in any form,

Any color,

In any way.

When the rose feels so close,

It's as if you can smell it,

That it's in the room with you.

You can feel the velvety petals,

The strong stem,

The protective thorns as you allow your body to settle,

Allowing this rose to become one with your soul,

To enter into your heart,

Your hands.

And as we breathe in this rose,

As we become her,

We feel so connected to the earth,

Roots growing beneath the surface,

Through the floor,

Through the land,

Into the center of the earth,

A place of power,

Of purity,

Of possibility.

We are grounded,

We are connected,

We receive the beautiful energy of Mother Earth.

We allow it to rise upward through our feet and legs,

Through our root chakras,

Receiving this energy,

Illuminating your root chakra as it rises,

A brilliant red light glowing,

Expanding,

And the light of Mother Earth rises up into your sacral chakra,

An orange light of passion,

Of sensuality,

Of creativity,

Of infinite possibilities,

Glowing brighter and brighter,

And the light continues to ascend.

The light of the earth reaches your solar plexus,

A vibrant yellow light expanding and radiating,

A place of power,

A place of the sun,

A place of fulfilling your divine destiny,

Grows brighter,

Connecting you to the sun,

To your power,

To your drive,

Your life force,

And the energy continues to radiate upward into your heart now,

Your beautiful sacred heart.

The energy helps to soften the walls,

Melt away the tension,

Release what you've been holding,

Release what you've been shielding yourself from,

Protecting yourself from,

Knowing that just here and now,

We can open our hearts.

We can open our hearts to love,

To kindness,

To miracles.

Your heart is glowing,

The most beautiful green,

Emerald light,

With pink and gold,

Expanding.

Your entire field is open and connected to your heart,

And you feel this love so deeply.

You feel this love for yourself.

You feel this love for every single person and being that you have ever loved,

For the love that you may have thought you lost,

The love you never had a chance to share,

The love that you still hold and carry so deeply in your heart,

Every part of you,

The love that you know one day you will share,

As you trust and surrender into divine timing,

Divine will,

Fated meetings and serendipities,

Unlimited possibilities,

Being in the right place at the right time.

You open your heart to all of the love that is destined for you,

And you relax and receive and surrender and trust.

As you know,

This love will never miss you,

And the energy of love continues to rise into your throat chakra now,

Clear blue light,

Radiating,

Expanding,

Connected to your heart.

You speak your truth.

You speak your love.

You speak from the heart.

Your words,

Your voice,

Your songs,

Your music,

Your creations emanating from your voice,

They'll always find who they're meant to find.

The words that you always wish you could have said,

Now you can.

Your throat is open and you can say it now.

Allow yourself to say anything that you've been keeping in.

Allow your secrets to be revealed to yourself.

Allow yourself to speak your truth.

Allow yourself to trust your voice,

To trust your wisdom,

To trust what you have to say.

Speak with love,

Share with love.

Tell the stories of your heart.

Tell everyone that you love,

How much you love them.

It doesn't matter if they are here,

If they are far,

Or if you're never able to physically speak these words to them.

Allow yourself to say what you've been holding in,

What you've been longing to share,

The love you've been wishing of expressing.

I love you.

I've always loved you.

And I will always love you.

And this light,

This energy,

Rises to your third eye chakra.

Violet light,

Purple glowing light.

The gift of seeing clearly.

Allow yourself to see.

See your story.

See your heart.

See your life with love.

Your third eye is connected to your heart,

To your love.

May we look upon everything through the eyes of love,

Everyone through the eyes of love.

May we see the best in all,

The light in all,

And the love in all.

As we also see that light,

That love,

And the best within ourselves.

And this light rises up to your crown chakra,

Indigo light.

You're illuminated with the halo,

Angelic connections,

Divine insight,

Open to receiving love and light and truth.

Radiant and illuminating.

You are so open.

You are so pure.

You are a channel of all that is,

Of the divine,

Of love,

Of light.

You allow yourself to receive,

To receive the knowing,

The insight,

The codes of the divine,

The information meant to find you.

You are so open,

So connected,

And so receptive.

And around you,

You begin to notice that you are in the most beautiful garden that you've ever seen.

Roses are growing all around you,

So many roses,

Lining a sacred pathway of light and of love with crystals leading the way,

With the light leading the way,

Your angels leading the way.

And you see these roses,

You reach out and you can touch them.

You have a beautiful basket,

And the roses that are meant for you simply fall into your basket like magic.

And you're carrying so many roses,

Infinite abundance of roses here.

As soon as one falls into your basket,

A hundred more roses are born and grow and rise and blossom.

An infinite sea of the divine,

Of love,

Of light and roses.

And as you walk,

You feel so much love in your heart.

You can talk to the roses,

Sing to them,

Dance with them,

Play with them.

And they tell you that love has never been far from you,

Love has never left you,

Love will always be there for you.

It is safe to love now,

It is safe to open your heart,

It is safe to be led by love,

It is safe to express your love.

It is safe to fall in love.

And you speak to the roses,

You tell them any worries or fears or insecurities or doubts that you may have about finding love,

About being in love,

About sharing your love.

And the roses reassure you that they are with you and that you are walking the path of love.

They invite you to go on a journey with them,

To trust them.

And if you feel ready,

You follow the path that they have illuminated for you.

And as you walk this path,

You feel excitement in your heart.

You feel peace and a gentle knowing of the magic that is about to unfold.

Rose petals lead the way,

Guiding you.

As you follow the rose petals,

You feel this deep knowing that there is a presence of love waiting for you at the end of this path.

You see yourself dressed in the most beautiful clothing.

The flowing,

Illuminating,

Making you feel so radiant and beautiful.

And as you walk,

Barefoot,

Feeling the earth,

You see someone waiting for you in a clearing of roses at the end of the path.

Your heart stops for a moment.

This is the love that you've been waiting for.

This is your divine partner.

The one who your soul came here to find,

To meet,

And to love.

And as you draw closer,

They reach out their hands to you.

And they feel like they've held your hands before.

Like this is not the first lifetime that you have met.

And your eyes meet,

And you know that this is why you've been waiting.

For this very moment,

You know it couldn't have happened any other way.

You see the detours,

The heartbreak,

The highs and the lows.

You see how it all led you,

Here and now,

To your beloved.

You may know them.

You may have seen them in your dreams.

Or felt them in your heart.

Or seen them in your imagination.

You know that all roads were leading you here.

And you feel each other's energy.

You feel your heart connected.

Your souls dancing.

Rejoicing.

Celebrating.

And you remember this feeling.

You remember this energy,

This connection.

And this divine love.

And you know that you will remember this feeling when you meet them again.

When you see them again.

When they take their hands in yours and look into your eyes again.

Your heart will know.

Your heart already knows.

They've always been here with you in your heart.

You've always been connected.

Connected and united.

As love knows no time,

Space,

Distance,

Or boundaries.

Love is the most powerful force of them all.

And you relax and you surrender.

Knowing that it's okay to walk back on the path of rose petals.

Knowing that you will find each other again.

In the exact right moment.

In the most magical of ways.

Knowing that your heart will lead you back to one another.

When you're meant to find each other.

And you walk following the rose petals.

Knowing that these rose petals will show up in your reality in their own way.

And as you part ways with your beloved,

You know that it's just a matter of time before you make your way back to each other again.

You carry this love in your heart.

You feel it in your soul.

And before you go,

They hand you the most beautiful rose that you've ever seen.

You keep it in your heart as a reminder of the eternal nature of your love.

A reminder that you'll find each other in this lifetime and in every lifetime.

A vow of love.

Love beyond limits.

Love beyond boundaries.

The most beautiful love that you've ever known.

And you walk your separate ways in peace.

Knowing that you are forever in each other's hearts.

And feeling the ease knowing that you will find each other.

You will always find each other against all odds,

All circumstances,

And any limitations.

It can be so easy to fall in love.

It can happen at first touch,

At first sight,

At first knowing.

And let yourself be immersed in this feeling of love as you begin to find yourself back in your body.

A radiant field of love surrounds you.

Your heart is glowing,

Illuminated,

So light,

So open,

So ready for love.

And you know that you hold the most beautiful rose of love so deeply in your heart.

Breathing in and smelling the divine scent of the rose.

It's softening and relaxing as you come back into your body.

Back into this time and space.

Knowing that the most divine love has always been in your heart,

Will always find you,

Will never be separate from you.

Allowing yourself to return and to see the world through the eyes of love,

To honor yourself through the lens of love,

To feel love in everything that you do,

To give love so freely,

To be so open and receptive to love,

And to simply become one with love,

To be love,

To embody love,

To live from love,

To walk in love,

To let love be exactly who you are and what you are.

As you know that love is all there is,

Allowing yourself to come back,

Come back,

Come back.

Breathing in love and exhaling love.

Breathing in love and exhaling love.

Allowing yourself to walk forth in divine love,

Love for yourself,

Love for one another,

Love for the beautiful journey that you are on,

The beautiful adventure of your life,

Love for this very moment here and now.

And just gently going into your day,

Feeling the magic of the rose,

The beauty of love,

The illumination of your energy field and centers,

And sharing this love and this light with the world and most importantly with yourself.
