This can be used every night to guide you into a deep sleep. The vocal meditation guides you through a relaxation of the body and mind allowing you to melt into your bed for less than ten minutes, but the ethereal sleep music lasts for 30 minutes slowly fading out to avoid disturbing your slumber.
