Take a moment to get comfortable.

Begin to imagine a waterfall is flowing over you,

And as it touches each area of your body,

You relax,

Let go,

And allow it to wash away any tensions.

From the very top of your head,

Washing down your neck,

Allowing your shoulders to drop,

Your arms to get heavy,

Your belly to relax,

And your legs and feet to let go,

Relaxing each muscle all the way down to the tips of your toes.

Allow yourself to be immersed in this relaxing waterfall.

Everything in this moment is just as it should be.

Anything difficult will soon come to pass.

Allow yourself to hit that big reset button on your mind and your body,

And be ready to re-enter this beautiful world with fresh eyes and a kind heart.

Take a moment here to find gratitude in this space for yourself,

The people in your life,

And your surroundings.
