This Sacred Teaching is a gentle reminder for moments when worry takes hold and the mind begins to spiral. You’ll be guided to soften your focus, to notice the thoughts that amplify fear, and to shift your attention toward what is steady and true. Through simple awareness and gratitude, this practice helps you change the lens through which you see your life—revealing what is already working, already safe, already whole. Let this be your invitation to rest your mind in what is good. Background tones include frequencies of 528 Hz and 936 Hz for heart–mind harmony.

Welcome.

Today's sacred teaching is a reflection on worry.

How the way we look at our lives shapes what we experience.

I invite you to simply sit back and listen.

Notice where your own attention tends to rest and see what happens when you shift the lens to what's working,

What's good,

And what is already sustaining you.

What do we do with worry?

If thoughts create our experience,

Does worrying create more experiences to worry about?

Kind of.

When you are perceiving your life through the lens of worry,

What is wrong?

Your perspective becomes anchored in what's going wrong.

And that is what you will see and often what you will experience.

So how do we shift this?

Change the lens.

Don't stop trying to worry.

Instead,

Acknowledge what is going well.

Pick one thing that's working and rest your mind there.

Maybe it's your relationship,

Your job,

Or maybe it's simply that you have running water and a roof over your head.

Maybe it's that you're still breathing.

Focus on what is good and what is working.

Keep doing that and eventually you will begin to experience more of that.
