Hi and welcome.

Thank you for joining me in today's guided practice on trusting your journey.

Let us begin by finding a really comfortable position.

You can be seated or lying down.

And make yourself as comfortable as you can.

If you like,

You can softly close your eyes.

Or you can keep them open with a soft gaze down in front of you.

And take a deep breath in,

Saturating your entire body with oxygen.

And then as you exhale,

Let go of any tension that you might be holding.

Inhaling deeply,

Breathing in all the way into the fingertips and into the toes.

And slowly exhaling,

Letting go.

That's it.

Now just let your awareness rest on the breath.

Paying attention to the gentle rising and falling of your chest.

Feel the air entering your nostrils.

Notice it filling your lungs.

And as you focus on your breath,

Allow your body to relax a little bit deeper.

Then bring the awareness to the muscles of the face.

Soften the space between the eyebrows.

Relax the muscles of your cheeks.

Allow the muscles around your mouth to be loose and soft.

And letting go of any tension that you might be holding in the jaw.

Then bring awareness to where your body is.

Then bring awareness to where your body connects to the ground beneath you.

Just feeling the subtle connection of where your skin touches the surface.

Noticing whether it feels cool,

Or hard,

Or soft.

Then feeling grounded here in the present moment.

Knowing that Mother Earth supports you.

Now,

As you settle in to this space of calm and relaxation.

I invite you to deepen your focus.

Imagine a gentle,

Warm light enveloping your body.

Cradling you in safety and peace.

This light represents the universe's presence around you.

Supporting you and guiding you through your journey.

Your journey here on this beautiful planet Earth.

But your journey on a deeper level,

Too.

Because I believe that our journey is a set of lessons and experiences in different realms.

We are a constant,

Infinite energy.

And energy never ends.

It only transforms.

Now,

Picture yourself walking on a path through a beautiful forest.

The trees around you sway gently in the breeze.

Their rustling leaves,

A gentle reminder of the flow of life.

With each step,

You feel more connected to the universe.

With each step,

You feel more connected to the Earth beneath your feet.

Up ahead,

You see a clearing bathed in sunlight.

As you step into the light,

You feel its warmth on your skin.

Reminding you of the love and light that guides you always.

In this clearing,

Take a moment to pause.

To stand still.

To absorb the beautiful surroundings around you.

And to feel a deep connection to life.

You are exactly where you are supposed to be.

You are exactly where you are supposed to be.

You trust the journey.

You trust the journey.

Even when paths twist in unexpected ways.

Every challenge is an opportunity for growth and learning.

Now take a moment to reflect on a time in your life that seemed very challenging.

Maybe even at the time it seemed unsurmountable.

Remember how these moments shaped you.

And how you emerged from each hurdle a little bit stronger and wiser.

These obstacles were not detours.

These challenging times were necessary parts of your path.

You may not always understand why things happen.

Why someone did something to you.

Or why you reacted in a certain way.

But in this moment of clarity,

Know that everything serves a purpose.

The universe has a grand plan.

And you are a vital part of it.

Even if you feel like just a small piece of a much larger puzzle,

Your role is crucial.

Remember that your role is crucial.

Now bring awareness to any burdens you may have been carrying.

Perhaps you've been lugging around some low vibrational feelings of shame,

Guilt,

Anger or disappointment.

Or perhaps something much larger.

Whatever it is,

Now is the time to let go.

Visualize placing these low vibrations onto the ground.

See them as stones that no longer need to weigh you down.

Placing them down on the ground one by one.

And with each stone released,

You feel lighter,

You feel lighter and more free.

You are now liberated from what no longer serves your highest good.

You don't have to carry those burdens any longer.

As you let go,

The space around you fills with more light.

This light brings you wisdom and insight.

Helping you see that every part of your journey is meaningful.

Is meaningful,

No matter how painful or difficult.

Embrace this knowledge and let it fortify your spirit.

Now take a deep breath in,

And as you exhale,

Say out loud or in your heart,

Thank you universe for this moment.

I am grateful for every experience that has led me here.

Now as we come to the end of this guided practice,

Slowly bring your awareness back to the present room.

Feel the surface beneath you,

Hear the sounds around you,

And slowly open your eyes when you are ready.

Maybe you'd like to greet this moment with a gentle smile.

Feeling liberated,

Right where you need to be.

Carrying with you a sense of alignment and purpose as you move throughout your day today.
