Use the energy of the New Moon to plant seeds in your life for that which you wish to manifest. Allow the unseen to be felt and imagined as you literally create the life of your dreams knowing that not every seed is meant to sprout.

Find your way into a comfortable seated position.

As you allow yourself to settle in to your seat,

Cultivate a sense of stillness.

Allow the eyes to draw down towards the earth and even slightly begin to close your eyes.

As you allow the eyes to close,

Lift your heart and draw the awareness to your breathing.

To come into this space of center right here through your breath.

New moons are a time of new beginnings.

Yesterday at midday we entered the time of a new moon and we transitioned into another phase today.

There are times in life where we can feel stuck,

Wondering,

Questioned,

Or hopeless.

And it's in these very moments that I believe we have an opportunity and a gift to search.

To search for something different,

To open a new page,

To begin to write a new chapter.

So whether this new moon has you feeling depleted or inspired,

The invitation now is to go into your heart space and begin to explore how you feel.

The question now is what have you been doing?

What have you not been doing that has you here feeling the way you feel in this moment?

Sometimes there are things in life that happen we simply cannot control.

For example,

COVID.

But there are things in life that we can control.

And that's what we choose to do every day.

So the question is what have you been doing?

What have you not been doing?

And as those thoughts arise,

The reflection exists.

Begin to think,

Contemplate.

What could you change?

How is it that you want to feel?

And what is it that you could start to do?

Sometimes it's about taking that uncomfortable step forward,

Cutting the tie with a long friend that you've simply outgrown.

Or waking up even when you don't want to get out of bed.

Showing up somewhere when you simply don't want to.

What could you start to do to shift how you feel now?

What could you do to change?

What could you do to change?

Begin to let that contemplation go as you arrive into the moment of your breath.

And feel your body bring your attention to your mind's awareness.

As you begin to imagine a bed of soil where there is just seeds planted,

Strawberry seeds across a big field,

And a heavy,

Heavy rain.

Almost too much rain that the next several days the sun is drying out the water,

The strawberry seeds suffocated in the water,

Feeling stuck,

Weighted down.

And yet every day the sun comes back to slowly dry out the soil.

Day one,

Day two,

Day three,

Not one strawberry seed has sprouted.

Yet day four,

There's one or two,

They made it,

They began to sprout.

A couple more days and half of the field has sprouted.

And after just a few more days every seed that was meant to sprout has began to grow.

There was that moment of being stuck wondering if it would make it,

And it did.

And through the season some of the strawberry plants did not make it,

While others did.

Only to fast forward to the moment where a pile of strawberries lands on your dinner table to share with your family and your loved ones.

Beginning to feel a reflection of the strawberry seed to your life.

As you settle here in on this new moon,

And in the place you're at now,

Thinking about what little seeds you'd like to plant,

Action steps you'd like to take.

And as you settle into this place,

Begin to vision it as if it's already done,

Like the strawberries on your kitchen table.

Imagine those few little intentions that you set for your life,

They're already here,

Picture it manifested now,

Today,

In the same way you did with the strawberries.

The more you can see it and feel it,

The closer to reality it already is.

And then settling into your reality as it is now,

Feeling your breath in your body where you began your meditation practice.

Taking a few deep breaths.

Slowly,

Slowly begin to open your eyes.
