Welcome to this Falling Leaves meditation.

I invite you to take a deep breath.

On the exhale,

Relax,

Unwind,

And let go.

Take another deep breath.

On the exhale,

Sink deep into the place where you are.

Come back to yourself.

The seasons are shifting.

Our world is changing.

And so are we.

This practice is your opportunity to embrace the changes happening within you.

To bring love and kindness to your experiences and to let go of anything that is weighing you down.

Using the eye of your imagination,

Picture yourself walking into an autumn forest.

This forest can be whatever you imagine it to be.

A quiet stroll in a city park or a deep hike into an ancient wood.

Feel the earth beneath you.

Feel the power of the earth within you.

Hear the breeze in the trees above you.

All around you,

The leaves gently fall.

Breathe with the forest.

Let your worries fall away like the autumn leaves falling around you.

Come back to your true self under the trees.

Ask yourself in this peaceful moment,

What does my soul truly need?

Place your hands on your heart.

Go within.

Catch an autumn leaf as it falls.

On the back,

You will see some golden writing.

The writing is a message or a word for you.

Hold this message to your heart.

Trust it.

Believe it.

Know that it comes from a place within you where only kindness and understanding reside.

Only you know what you've been through.

Only you know who you are.

Only you can heal yourself from within.

Plant something good this fall.

Spend time doing things that you love.

Spend time with the people you love.

And spend time in the places you love to be.

Let the things that are no longer good for you fall away as easily as an autumn leaf.

Clear space for new people,

New places,

And new feelings to enter your life.
