So inviting your body to begin to arrive from wherever you've been today,
Wherever you've been this week,
Wherever you've been since we last gathered.
Just beginning to notice your breath,
The breath that breathes you,
Inviting the breath to breathe you back to you.
And noticing the quality of the breath,
Not having to lengthen it or shorten it.
The temperature of it,
The sound,
Perhaps the cadence or the irregularity.
Then bringing your awareness into your heart space.
Perhaps placing one or both hands on your physical heart that helps to bring your awareness down and in.
And noticing with curiosity,
Without judgment,
How was my heart in this moment?
Really if you're able to make contact with the beat or the temperature of your skin,
Energetically inviting that awareness to just notice and witness as you begin to arrive.
Then on the next inhalation,
Bringing your awareness down to your sits bones.
You can keep your hands on your heart or move them to wherever feels good on your body or put them at ease.
And noticing your seat in this moment,
Noticing how your sits bones make contact with whatever seat you're on,
Whatever surface you're on.
And if your back body is receiving support in your seat,
Noticing the support,
Not only for the back body,
But for the sits bones that allow you to sit and be held by the pelvic level.
Giving yourself permission to adjust in your seat,
However you might desire.
On the next inhalation,
Inviting your energetic feet to go deep into the core of Mother Earth.
Making contact with whatever kind of unconditional support you need in this moment.
If it's unconditional grace,
Unconditional love,
Unconditional ease,
Unconditional witnessing,
Inviting in whatever kind of unconditional support you desire from Mother Earth,
From her deep groundedness with the rich fertility of the earth below you on the land that you're on.
It's held thousands and thousands of generations of plant life,
Of animal life,
And of humanity.
And as you inhale,
Inviting in this deeper,
More rich,
More grounding support that's tailor made just for you in this moment.
And inviting it in,
In whatever way your body mind desires.
Using the pace and the intensity or the gentleness,
Allowing it to attune to you and allowing it to wash through you like waves in the ocean.
And whatever speed you desire.
And on the next inhalation,
Inviting the flow to double.
Inviting the support to tend to whatever thoughts to do lists,
Stories or emotions might be present.
Inviting that support to envelop it like a soft cloud or blanket with just the right amount of contact.
And as you receive the support,
Inviting deeper contact with you.
On the next inhalation,
Inviting yourself to take your elevator of awareness down into the heart space or the space right before the heart,
Whatever feels right to you in this moment.
Meeting the deeper part of yourself.
The one who notices.
The wise woman.
Your essence.
She has so many names.
And inviting her to have contact with you.
Inviting her into this moment with whatever's present.
And if she would like additional support,
Inviting her to receive that support,
Too.
And as you make contact with her,
It might be a felt sense of awareness.
You might be looking into her eyes.
Might be hearing something or a sweet melody or sounds.
It might be something related to nature or colors.
Knowing that there's no right or wrong way to have contact with this part of you and her.
Just inviting the gentleness of this connection.
Allowing it and being willing to receive.
And then seeing if there's an intention that bubbles up between you and her.
Allowing the intention with curiosity without judgment.
And allowing that intention to be held in a deeper awareness by the sacred part of you.
And then beginning to bring your awareness back into your seat.
Using your breath,
Giving yourself permission to gently come back to this moment.
Wiggling your fingers and toes.
Perhaps rolling your neck or cat cowing.
Maybe taking some deep sighs.
Allowing and thirdly,
Bearing your HMIs back on holiday because it feels like a holiday DJ because it seems to go three times last year.
