One of the best times to recite or receive positive messages is right before we fall asleep. This is a perfect opportunity to plant seeds into our subconscious minds. Get yourself cozy and ready for sleep, and join Andrea as she recites a series of soothing affirmations that you can repeat, or simply absorb, as you drift off into a deep relaxing sleep.

Make sure you're as comfortable as possible.

See if you'd like to shift your body or your blanket or pillow to get yourself even more comfortable.

If your eyes are not already closed,

You can close them now and take a few slow,

Deep breaths.

Allow all the muscles in your face to relax.

Give your shoulders and your neck permission to relax and let go.

Allow your entire body to relax into the cushion beneath you.

Allow your breathing to find a nice,

Steady rhythm.

I'd like you to imagine that you are at the top of a beautiful staircase and you can see that there are ten steps leading down,

Down into a state of deep,

Deep relaxation.

I will be counting down from ten to one and as I do,

I'd like you to imagine yourself slowly walking down this beautiful staircase,

Becoming more and more relaxed with each step.

Ten.

Nine.

Eight.

Seven.

Six.

Five.

Four.

Three.

Two.

One.

I am calm,

Relaxed,

And at ease.

My breathing is calm and restful.

I breathe in calm.

I breathe out relaxed.

I am calm and relaxed.

I let go of the day.

I release everything and sink into my cozy bed.

My body and mind are ready for rest.

My body feels so relaxed.

My mind is quiet and clear.

I feel a deep sense of peace.

It's okay to relax and feel ease.

I feel relaxed and at ease.

I will have a deep,

Restful sleep.

My dreams are positive and peaceful.

I allow myself to be right where I am.

I am content.

I am peaceful.

I am happy.

I am healthy.

My body and mind deserve rest.

I love to focus on gratitude.

I love and appreciate myself.

I take my time.

I am so relaxed.

Every cell in my body is balanced and well.

I am compassionate with myself.

I take excellent care of myself.

My mind is so calm.

My body is so relaxed.

I let everything go.

I am safe.

I am healthy.

I am content.

I have clarity.
