Let's take a moment to drop down from the busy mind and tune into our hearts.
I'd like you to think of something or someone that you truly love.
Think of a person,
A place,
An animal,
Or anything that opens your heart and fills you with a feeling of love.
And as you call to mind one or more people,
Places,
Or beings that you love,
Notice where in your body you feel that love.
And begin to allow that feeling to expand.
Imagine that feeling spreading inside of you as if you're filling up a bathtub with water.
And as you continue thinking about one or more of the things or beings that you truly love,
Imagine that feeling expanding and spreading out even more.
See that feeling washing through every cell of your body.
Feel it spreading beyond your body so you're completely filled with it and bathing in it.
And you can feel free to stay here longer if you'd like.
And if you're ready,
You can give your body a little stretch and gently prepare to transition into your day.
