Taking some time to sit down,
Making yourself comfortable,
With your feet on the floor.
But taking your hands now,
And placing them on your body,
Wherever you're feeling any nervous energy.
Any unwanted or unnecessary feelings.
And feel the connection,
Feel the connection of your hands over the areas that have unnecessary nervous feelings.
Any nervous feelings that we have,
Are just stuck energy.
Energy that hasn't moved yet,
Hasn't been processed.
Imagine that energy moving now.
Notice where that energy wants to go.
And as it gently starts to shift,
Move your hands at the same time.
Allow the energy to move through the body.
Letting it go where it goes.
Following it with the hands.
At some point,
This energy will leave the body.
There's no need to analyse.
There's no need for judgement,
Or for going into stories of where that nervous energy came from.
Just allow it to shift,
And gently move your hands as it shifts.
That's good.
As it shifts,
It starts to loosen and soften.
And you can just allow it to release,
Let it go.
And taking a slightly deeper breath in,
And out,
And having a gentle stretch,
You can open your eyes and return to the day.
