Noticing the contrast between eyes open and eyes closed,
Connecting with your breath,
And doing a little body scan to notice where in your body you're holding any nervous tension.
There's no need to analyse it,
No need for judgement,
Just noticing.
And with the out breath,
Imagine any nervous tension simply melting away,
Softening,
Releasing,
Gently melting away.
Breathing in,
And as you breathe out,
Allow any nervous tension to simply melt away.
It is that simple.
Breathing in,
Breathing out,
And melting away,
Softening,
Loosening,
Releasing.
Now this is a technique that you can use at any point,
Even for 5 or 10 seconds,
At any point during the day.
Simply by closing the eyes,
Connecting with any negative energy,
And as you breathe out,
Imagine it melting away.
And taking a slightly deeper breath in and out now,
Having a gentle stretch,
And opening your eyes,
Returning to the day.
