Sparkly light,

My body shines bright.

Let's begin by getting into a comfortable position,

Seated or lying down.

Now place your hands on your heart and begin to breathe deeply,

Inhaling and exhaling.

Slowly letting go of any tension and stress.

Breathing in and out.

Letting any tension dissolve.

In and out.

In and out.

Now imagine yourself on a beach with the sounds of the waves gently lapping at your feet.

Imagine the gentle warmth of the sun sending healing vibes to you.

The sparkling light of the water and the warmth of the sun on your skin are healing every cell in your body.

Every cell of your body is whole and complete.

Whole and complete.

Each dancing light code from the sun sends healing waves to you.

The sound of the waves gently envelop and heal you.

All is well.

You are nurtured and safe.

Each wave gently whispers,

You are whole and complete.
