Just close your eyes,

I'll close mine,

And soften the belly,

Relax the shoulders.

And just give yourself permission to come down from your head into your body.

Just let your energy drop down,

Down,

Down from your head into your body.

Start to feel heavier in the chair,

Dropping down into the support of Mother Earth.

Just feeling that support underneath you,

Under your feet,

Under your bottom.

Just let yourself slowly,

Don't force it,

Just allow,

Just allow that energy to drop down,

Down,

Down.

Feel it in your heart,

Let it seep down into the heart.

Let it seep down into the belly.

Keep softening the belly.

And then take a deep breath in,

And let it out through the mouth as you breathe out.

Breathing in,

Feel the lungs and the sides of your body expanding.

Out through the mouth,

Emptying the lungs,

Empty,

Empty,

Empty,

Empty,

Empty.

Breathing in,

Let the sides of the ribs expand.

And out,

Empty,

Empty,

Empty,

Empty,

Empty.

And just bring your awareness to the belly and the breath.

This is your pit stop.

This is your reset right here.

So if you imagine there's momentum,

A racing car going round and round around a racing track,

And it pulls in for a pit stop.

We can get really good at going from a million right down to zero quickly.

Just takes a little bit of practice.

So the fastest way is to drop your energy down into your body.

Let the energy keep dropping down,

Down,

Down,

Down,

Down,

Simply coming into the body,

Dropping down into the body.

And then allowing the outward breath to drop into the belly from the chest.

So the first part is dropping our energy down into the body.

And then the second part is just softening the belly and allowing the outward breath to drop down from the chest into the belly.

We don't force it,

We don't push it,

We just keep softening the belly until it naturally wants to drop down into the belly,

The outward breath.

So the inward breath is normal,

And then just keep softening the belly until the outward breath naturally and effortlessly drops down into the belly.

This is how children breathe naturally,

It's our most natural state.

Daily breathing sends powerful signals to the brain to come out of fight and flight.

So you've been in fight and flight all week.

Then we wonder why it's hard to get into rest and digest.

So you're going to manually override your system now,

Take it off,

Sympathetic nervous system fight and flight,

And manually bring it into those lower gears,

Rest and digest.

So you can have a pit stop to recharge,

To rest,

And to power back up by powering down.

To gather yourself,

All parts of self,

Just have a little patience,

Just keep bringing your mind back to the belly and the breath as it wants to go wandering off.

Being aware there's nothing for you to do right here and now,

And there's nowhere for you to go.

And in order for you to continue to achieve,

We must take these pit stops.

And that's all they are,

They're pit stops,

It's not hours and hours of the day.

It's a 10 minute refill,

Recharge,

Re-energize by simply manually gearing down into just ticking over mode,

Like a car,

Like that racing car,

Going from sixth gear down to second and first.

And as it's in first gear,

It's getting refueled,

The tyres are getting changed at the pit stop,

Ready for it to be fully ready to perform at its highest level when it goes back out.

That way,

You don't need to spend a whole day crashing.

Using this practice,

It's a 10 minute pit stop,

Recharges,

Refreshes the whole system.

Just allowing the outward breath to drop deeply into the belly,

Filling the belly,

Coming into rest and digest,

All the neural pathways smoothing out,

Activity,

Settling,

Stillness,

Powerful rest,

Powerful rest,

This is a power rest,

Rather than a crash and burn,

A power rest.

As we learn to incorporate this power rest in our daily life,

Daily life,

Daily life,

Then we can achieve way more and stay energised,

Stay performing at a high rate,

Stay clear,

Stay balanced emotionally,

Mentally,

On an even keel,

Resilient and strong.

Breathing in,

Breathing out,

Release any discomfort,

Just release it,

Let it go,

Let it go.

Use the breath to release any discomfort.

As we still the breath,

Still the mind,

Still the body,

We quickly regenerate,

We quickly power back up.

Breathing in,

Breathing out,

Releasing any resistance,

Any urge to move,

Just release.

Give yourself permission to power recharge here.

It's the smartest thing we can do.

Then you can have the rest of your weekend feeling energised and enthused,

Rather than laying like broccoli on the couch.

It's just a question of energy you see,

When we drain our energy batteries,

Then it takes longer for them to recharge,

But if we top it up every day,

It lasts the whole day and night.

Think of it like the fast charging chargers,

Softening the throat,

Relax the shoulders,

Soften the eyes,

Relax the jaw.

You are safe all is well.

There is nothing for you to do right here,

Right now,

In this present moment.

And yet the more present you can be to this moment,

The more that you will achieve in your life.

And just finally,

Pro tip here,

We're going to bring in more light to recharge and cleanse.

So being aware of a point of light,

As high as you can imagine,

A point of electric,

Violet,

White light,

Electric,

Violet,

White light,

Bright white light with tiny flecks of purple,

Two-tone shimmering light.

And with the inward breath,

Imagine that you can draw this light down a column through the universe,

Through all the layers of the Earth's atmosphere and in through the crown of the head.

And as you breathe it out,

Flush it down through your whole body,

Telling the light to clean and cleanse you of all negative thoughts and emotions and releasing into the Earth.

Breathing in this waterfall of light,

In through the crown of the head,

Breathing out,

Flushing it through your body,

Your mind,

Your neural system,

All the systems of your body,

Your cells,

Your DNA,

Instructing this light to clean,

Cleanse and energize all parts of you and releasing into the Earth anything that doesn't serve you.

Just gift it into the Earth where it will act like rich fertilizer.

Every time you breathe in,

Calling in more and more of this electric,

Violet,

White light,

Breathe it in.

Breathing out,

Flush it through your entire system,

Feel it energizing you,

You may feel it tingling,

You may feel heat or cool as this light energy flushes through your entire being and releasing any fear,

Negativity,

Anxiety,

Tiredness,

Exhaustion,

Just release it into the Earth where it can be fertilizer for Mother Earth.

Excellent,

That's it.

And then finally,

Take your awareness to the base of your spine,

Take a deep breath in and as you breathe it out,

Send roots like a tree down,

Down,

Down,

Down,

Down into the Earth,

Deep,

Deep,

Deep,

Deep,

Deep,

Where no human has ever or will ever reach,

Deep into the heart of the Earth.

Feel these roots anchoring in the Earth and spreading out far and wide across the Earth,

Bringing you safety,

Connection,

Stability,

Strength,

Power and abundance.

Feel your roots connecting to all the people,

The resources,

The opportunities,

All of the money,

The wealth,

All of the money,

The wealth,

The abundance,

The diamonds,

The crystals,

Just feel your roots plugging in,

Feel your roots plugging into and wrapping around all the roots of all the trees of humanity on the Earth and then breathing up that rich prana,

That Earth energy,

Life force,

Like sipping water through a straw,

Pull it up through the roots,

Up through the base of the spine and breathe out,

Flush it upwards through your entire body,

Energizing all your cells,

Feel it flooding into the mitochondria of your cells,

Recharging these batteries,

Feel them switching on,

On,

On,

On,

On,

Feel them generating,

Vibrating all over your body.

Very nice,

Very nice and breathing in from above and below,

The light from above and the prana from below,

The life force from below into your heart and as you breathe out,

Releasing out of the front and back of the heart,

Let the heart shine open and setting an intention now for the day,

A clear,

Positive,

Healthy intention.
