Full Moon - Unconditional Love Meditation

Please find again your most favorite meditation position,

Either sitting down or lying down,

Whatever works best for you.

And I usually start with taking a few deep breaths in the beginning,

So breathe in deeply and let go again.

And one more time,

Breathe in.

And if you like,

You can really stretch all your muscles for a second,

Maybe also make a funny face.

So really stretch or tense all your muscles for a moment and hold on for a few seconds and let go again.

And do this one more time.

And breathe in deeply,

Hold all your muscles,

Then you're also sort of instructing your body to let go,

To surrender.

And also let your body,

Your muscles become heavy now.

Let's surrender to this moment,

To the powerful energy of the full moon from today.

And the passionate,

Bold energies of this full moon will peak this evening.

And yes,

Many of you will sense this,

Especially sensitive individuals.

On you,

It can have a much more noticeable impact.

So you can feel emotions right now,

And it's okay to go there now with your awareness and just sense these emotions.

If you sense them,

Of course,

If they are present,

But if yes,

Where do you feel them in your body?

Can you sense that?

Is it around your solar plexus,

Above your belly button,

Around that area in your stomach,

For example?

Or is it more your chest?

Or do you feel your throat?

Or do you feel more of a headache?

Or do you feel a lower back pain suddenly?

This is a unique experience for everyone.

And can you describe the feeling for yourself?

Does it have a message for you,

This feeling?

Maybe just by giving it some attention,

Maybe it already becomes a little bit less.

And then I usually start with inviting the archangels to create a safe space.

And if this is new to you,

Just follow me and try not to judge and just sense,

Experience what this session has to offer you.

And then I will start with inviting them.

From the east side,

We invite archangel Raphael and this light being always carries a sort of a torch with two snakes around it.

It's also the symbol of the pharmacies.

Just think of that symbol.

And then this light being,

This magician arises or appears from the east side from where you are sitting and provides us with emerald green energy.

And also we get the protection from the element air.

Then we turn towards the south side from where you are sitting right now and we invite archangel Michael and this light being carries a sword and gives us a protection from all sides.

And this light being provides blue energy towards the horizontal plane,

Our field.

And we also get the blessing of the element fire.

And then we move towards the west side and we invite archangel Gabriel and this light being carries a silver chalice and from this chalice,

This cup,

Diamond white energy is provided to our fields.

And also we get the blessings of the element water.

And then we turn towards the north and we invite archangel Uriel and this light being carries a five pointed star and provides us with ruby red energy and we also get the blessings from the element earth.

Then we turn towards the sky,

We bring our palms up and we invite archangel Metatron and this special light being,

Sort of the leader of the pack,

Provides a geometrical figure which comes down and protects us from above and this figure slowly comes down,

It enters our crown chakra,

Our heads,

Our throats and until our hearts.

And then we turn our palms down and we connect with mother earth and we invite archangel Sandolphen and we invite the energy of mother earth which comes up and also reaches our hearts.

And perhaps you can already sense this,

That the atmosphere is changing a little bit inside you and around you.

Maybe you already feel a little less unsettled or a little less vulnerable but in a sense that you can,

That you know that you're being guided,

Protected from now on.

And we can also invite our own guardians of our akashic fields,

The big library of our soul also in the cosmic worlds and perhaps also our ancestors,

Deceased family members to also guide us today.

And if you know your own spirit guides or guides,

Please take a moment to also invite those.

And if this is also new to you,

Just say,

Will you,

My spirit guide or guides,

Also protect me,

Guide me today and perhaps make yourselves known to me and then just wait for a moment,

Listen,

Feel,

Sense and perhaps something will show up,

Turn up for you,

A sign.

So you can do this right now,

Just say it again in yourself to ask them to join you.

And perhaps you felt something or sensed something and whatever happens it's all okay and if you didn't feel anything special,

Don't worry,

It is also okay.

And then bring your awareness towards your crown chakra on the top of your head and just sense this energy center,

This place.

And I already feel the movement to go up,

But I would like to go down first to connect in a more strong way with Mother Earth today first.

We will leave the moon as it is for the moment,

But we will get there in a while.

So then now go to your third eye,

Just sense this place for a moment,

Then you go towards your throat chakra,

Then you go towards your heart,

And then you go down towards your solar plexus,

And then you go even lower below your belly button to your sacral chakra for a moment,

And then you go down towards your root chakra for a moment,

And from there again visualize a cord or a root going down,

And also from the soles of your feet,

These roots or cords go down,

It doesn't matter on which floor you are at,

These roots enter Mother Earth,

Go through several layers of rock,

Sand,

Water,

Deeper and deeper and deeper into the Earth,

You also pass the Earth star chakra,

And the world of the nature beings,

We pass them,

We greet them,

And then you go deeper and deeper and deeper through all the layers of the Earth,

And we are connecting with the heart crystal of Mother Earth,

The center of the Earth,

The inner core of Mother Earth,

So make a connection in your own manner,

And also our roots will connect with each other,

So everyone who is meditating right now,

Let's already connect with our roots,

And make a strong connection,

A bond,

This universal heart of the Earth sends out waves of unconditional love,

So now just be open to receive these waves of unconditional love,

And they go up,

These waves through the roots,

Up to the soles of our feet,

Through our legs,

Root chakra,

Sacral chakra,

Solar plexus chakra,

All the way to our heart,

Waves of unconditional love,

And the Earth expects nothing in return,

And these waves go even beyond the Earth,

It reaches the universe,

All the galaxies,

It's a very strong power,

And perhaps you can also sense this universal love,

And observe what is happening within your heart,

What it activates within your heart,

How it perhaps is already opening,

Old layers of pain,

Which the energy of the moon already brought partially to the surface,

And just feel what these waves of unconditional love are doing inside your heart,

And at the same time your heart is also a kind of like a vortex,

It also sends out these waves of unconditional love combined with your own love,

It goes in all directions,

In all your cells,

Towards the tips of your fingers,

Into your toes,

And even into your hair,

And beyond,

And if you want to make it stronger you can use the breath,

So just go back towards the center of Mother Earth,

To this special crystal,

And breathe in,

And just serve on this wave of unconditional love,

And take it in,

And when you breathe out,

You let go of the pain,

The uncertainty,

The fears,

The pain,

Which you are ready to let go of tonight,

So breathe in,

Take on this universal love,

And let go of the things you no longer need,

Breathe in again,

Serve on this wave,

You can see it like this,

Take it all in,

And let go again,

And let go again,

And now we're also connected,

And it's like we have created a lighting network of all little frequencies,

With our roots connecting with each other,

So when you breathe in right now,

You also breathe in the love,

The energy of everybody else who is meditating right now,

So breathe in,

And feel this surge,

This flow of electricity,

Of power,

Of love,

Of universal love,

Unconditional universal love,

And just take it in,

And feel yourself being lifted,

And let go again,

And one more time,

Breathe in,

And feel the love of everybody else,

And this is the power and the opposite of hate,

And this is what the world needs so badly right now,

And this is what we as human beings can do on the positive side,

So breathe in,

And we're all energy,

We're all equal,

And we can do this together,

So breathe in,

And now it's time to also reach out to this beautiful full moon,

So now first go towards your crown chakra,

To the top of your head,

And don't worry,

We have activated this universal love flow from mother earth,

And this will keep going for some time,

But now focus on your crown chakra,

And also there is a cord,

A connection which goes up like a little golden thread,

And which goes up towards your soul star chakra,

A few inches above your head,

Just see if you can connect there,

And first take in some of this energy of your higher self,

So breathe in,

Through this golden thread,

You take in some of your own beautiful light energy from your soul star chakra,

Your higher self,

And take it through your crown chakra,

Towards your third eye,

And then it goes to the center of your brain,

And then you go down towards the throat chakra,

And also this beautiful light energy of your higher self enters your heart chakra,

So we're sort of creating the path again,

And breathe in,

And take it in again,

Follow this road again from the crown,

Third eye,

Through the center of your brain,

The throats,

And then towards your heart again,

And just maybe you can feel some pressure in your heart as all these energies are coming together there,

And now we're going to reach for the full moon energy,

So beyond the soul star chakra,

And the even higher chakras,

You go up,

And up,

And up,

And higher,

And higher,

And higher,

And higher,

And higher,

And higher,

And there it is,

This beautiful full moon,

And maybe you want to pay some respect to the beautiful full moon today,

Or maybe you want to give it a hug,

Or maybe you want to,

Yeah,

I don't know what you want to do,

Just sense what you want to do right now,

When you're staring face to face with the beautiful full moon right now,

With its powerful glowing energy,

The moon also sends out these powerful waves of unconditional love,

And just open your heart and all your cells to also receive it,

So just breathe in,

Go down through all these higher chakras,

Towards the crown chakra,

Your third eye again,

The center of your brain,

Your throats,

And it also reaches your heart,

And then go up again,

Breathe in,

And take in this beautiful universal love from the moon,

And take it in again,

Just follow the path you have created towards your heart,

And one more time,

Breathe in,

And let's go again,

And if you like,

We can make a kind of lembasket,

The figure eight in the movement,

So when you breathe in,

You go up towards the moon,

When you breathe out,

You take it down all the way to your heart,

And then when you breathe in,

You go down towards mother earth,

The center,

This crystal,

And when you breathe out,

You go up again,

And take the energy of the earth towards your heart,

And then you breathe in,

Go up again towards the moon,

And then you go down again,

And just make this figure eight go to the earth,

To your heart,

To the moon,

And back to your heart,

And then again to the earth,

Back to your heart,

To the moon,

And back to your heart,

And you can do this a few times within yourself,

And it's okay to sense it,

It's okay to visualize it,

You can do it in your way,

You cannot do it wrong,

And this is becoming a very strong energy field of love,

And it is expanding throughout all your cells,

It purifies all your cells,

It even positively impacts your DNA,

And also the spaces in between your cells,

Just feel this power in your heart expanding,

Becoming stronger and stronger and stronger,

And your field around you,

Your auric field is becoming very powerful,

It's a very strong sphere,

And allow it now to expand even further,

Wider,

Deeper,

More dense,

It grows larger and larger,

And before you know it,

We are reaching each other again,

And we will resonate with each other,

Because we are together now in this high frequency of love,

And we can merge with each other,

And it doesn't matter where you are,

Whether in which continent,

In which place,

On which level,

And we help to elevate each other,

And if you don't feel it so strong yet,

Just keep making the effort by going to the moon,

Taking it in towards your crown chakra,

Third eye,

Through the center of your head,

Your throat,

Towards your heart,

And then go down again towards mother earth,

Make the connection,

Take it in,

And go back again to your heart,

And again go up,

Go down,

Go down,

Make a connect,

And go up again,

And just feel this huge,

Powerful field within you,

Around you,

Connecting also with other people,

And you make it as large as it is comfortable,

As it feels comfortable to you,

And we're not only connecting with each other,

Perhaps we're also connecting with other light beings,

With your spirit guides,

With the guardians of your akashic fields,

But even other collective groups,

The sky is really not the limit,

Just be open,

Open your heart,

This is what pure love feels like,

This is what an open heart feels like,

And embrace it,

The energy of the earth,

Of everybody else,

And of the moon,

And together we are creating this very strong sphere of universal love,

And if you like,

You can now go with your awareness towards your heart,

And maybe you feel a kind of pulsation,

This vortex,

This vibration,

Just breathe through your heart,

Just by being there,

Opening your heart even more,

And actually this really goes beyond the ego,

It goes beyond being you and your needs,

And perhaps this is really a deed for the world,

For all those people who need this love,

This softness,

Who need their hearts to be opened,

And now you can feel that the energy,

The vibration,

The frequency is still rising,

And rising,

And rising,

And becoming stronger,

And stronger,

And stronger,

And it's also healing frequency,

So yes,

If you felt pain today,

If you felt these heightened emotions,

This restlessness,

Let it be healed now,

Healed,

And may it give you perhaps some insight,

Which will help you,

Guide you on your path,

To feel the power,

It's really strong now,

And we are doing this together again,

It's like we're just energy,

A pulsation of our heart,

It's like we're part of each other,

That we're part of something stronger,

Something bigger,

And if you have a wish for yourself,

Or a wish for the world,

Just express this wish right now,

And perhaps we can sense it,

Perhaps we can read and receive each other's wishes,

And it's beautiful to receive your wishes,

Your love,

And just enjoy it,

Embrace it,

You deserve it,

And yeah,

Actually I don't really need to say much anymore,

The energy speaks for itself,

What does this energy have to offer you today,

What does it bring you,

And perhaps it doesn't even bring you something really concrete,

But just to be a part of this universal love is already a blessing today,

And it's still very strong,

Just embrace it,

Enjoy it,

You can feel that it's becoming a little bit less intense,

That means the energies have done their work for us today,

We have created new wires within ourselves,

Released negativity,

Activated ourselves,

Our DNA,

And perhaps if you felt pain somewhere,

The pain might be a little bit less right now,

And also perhaps the emotions you felt at the beginning,

Perhaps they have disappeared completely,

Or are a lot less present,

And I'm just every time very grateful if it succeeds,

And that we are doing this always together,

And I would like to thank all the Light Beings for protecting us,

Guiding us today,

Our Spirit Guides,

And of course the Archangels,

Sandalphon,

Metatron,

Uriel,

Gabriel,

Michael,

And Raphael,

And also the Guardians of our Akashic Fields,

Our Ancestors,

The Great Spirit,
