Take a deep breath.
Relax your mind.
We're going to activate every cell of your body.
We're going to return you to wholeness.
You're going to feel whole again,
Because you've never been separated from that.
I want you to just allow yourself to relax into all of your tension.
Whether that's mental,
Emotional,
Physical or spiritual,
All of your tension is going to be relaxed into.
You might feel a little bit uncomfortable,
A little bit wobbly,
A little bit shaky.
But just let yourself know that you're safe,
Even though you're feeling your tension.
I'm going to help amplify that in 3,
2,
1.
And as you feel this moment in time opening up for you,
Where you can finally be out of tension,
Because you simply accept what's here.
We're stepping closer and closer to wholeness.
You've been whole your entire life.
We're not going to do soul retrieval,
Because there's nothing to retrieve.
That's a perception we create from time and space so that we can create a narrative to follow.
So I just want you to take a deep breath.
I want you to relax and I don't want you to overcomplicate this.
Know that any moment you feel that feels separated is the illusion.
So if you feel like you have to go to a separate point in time,
Like the past,
To heal something,
That's the illusion.
Because you're already whole.
Take a deep breath in.
And as you exhale,
I just want you to imagine the number 4,
4 times.

4.
Relax into anything that's happening to your body,
Your mind,
Your spirit,
Your soul.
In a moment,
You're going to feel every cell of your body awaken to itself.
It's going to awaken to its inner consciousness.
In 5,

2,
Look for it.
Because when you look for it,
You're incorporating time and space.
That means you're looking for something that is separate from you.
Every cell is just suddenly aware of its wholeness.
Doesn't have to look for it because it embodies it.
You're opening up your consciousness.
You're whole.
You're sitting in your totality.
You're whole.
No moment in time takes you away from your wholeness.
No moment in the future can be more whole than the now.
No moment in the past holds more presence than this now.
No moment above,
Below or other is anywhere else but here and now.
Any tension you feel,
You have to relax into it.
That tension is a confirmation of the ego.
The tension is where the ego resides.
Relaxing into that tension.
Letting your body just expand with your aura and your mind.
There's nothing to prove.
There's nothing to win.
There's nothing to document.
You're simply in this vibration of wholeness.
Now,
Every cell is in the presence of wholeness.
As you feel the energy open up,
As you feel your aura opening up,
All you have to do is recognize that your cells are making this happen.
The more your cells become self aware,
The more powerful of an experience you're going to have.
Let go.
Fully embody.
Trust yourself.
You're here now with every cell.
Every cell is producing electricity.
That electricity is magic.
It's quantum field fluxing.
Deep breath again.
You're almost there.
You're almost aware.
Where is there?
When we are aware.
You're almost here.
Don't you fear.
What's there to fear when you're here?
Deep breath in.
Stay in this meditation for as long as you'd like.

Presence is everything.
Where we're talking from right now is where you create your reality.
It's so easy to push this energy forward,
Back,
Into other thoughts,
Into other internal dimensions.

That's where we actually draw the most amount of magnetism,
Power,
Density,
Flow.
