During the 7th day of Growth Through Gratitude, you will be guided to experience the flow of the Universe. Through this guided imagery meditation, you will experience your true essence of love and light. From this state of pure love and light, you will be guided to ask your heart a question.

So let's go within and find out what your inner guide is longing for you to hear.

Close your eyes now.

Take a nice deep inhale in and slowly exhale out through your nose.

Take another deep inhale through your nose.

Hold it at the top and slowly exhale out your mouth.

Continue breathing deeply until it becomes your natural breathing rhythm.

Remember thoughts are a natural part of meditation.

If they come up just let them pass through.

There's no need to hold on to them.

Let them come up and let them go.

Starting all the way at your toes relax your feet,

Your ankles,

Release your shins,

Your knees and your thighs.

Let go of any tension you're holding on to in your hips and your lower back and your upper back.

Relax your shoulders down your back.

Release your belly,

Your arms and your neck.

Release your head down deeper into the cushion as you relax even more.

Relax your face,

Release your jaw and your forehead.

Now feel how your body is light and open.

Bring your focus into your heart space.

Envision a bright light in this space.

Feel it glowing and pulsing deep in your heart.

Breathe into this space and feel it expand over your chest.

Breathe into it more as it expands over your stomach,

Down your arms and through your hips and thighs.

Feel this light pulsing down each of your legs,

Down through your ankles and out your feet.

Feel it moving over your shoulders like a comfortable blanket through your neck and head and feel it release out of the crown of your head.

This is your true essence,

Your light.

Feel this light pulsating through your entire open body.

You can always come back to this light whenever fear starts to creep back in.

Come back to this light,

This natural state of being for your body.

Now from this state of love and light ask your heart,

Your true essence,

What are you longing for me to hear?

Listen deeply and exhale deeply.

What are you longing to experience?

Listen.

Listen more.

Thank your true self for this wisdom and guidance.

Set an intention now to move in the direction of your soul's longing,

Whatever that may be.

Take a nice deep inhale and exhale this intention out into the universe and when you are ready open your eyes.
