Many blessings and welcome to this guided meditation on softening into relaxation.
So we'll start by taking a few breaths.
And as you breathe,
Allowing your breath to be like nourishment as it flows in and as it flows out.
Allow your breath to nourish you.
And as you bring attention to your breath,
Deepening,
Elongating each breath in and out.
And really allow yourself to let go with each exhale completely.
Any tension,
Any stress just melts away like water flowing out of you.
Taking a few breaths with this awareness,
Deep free breaths.
And each exhale a deep letting go,
Allowing the contents of your mind to empty,
To release pressure and to bring yourself into a state of calm and ease.
And wherever you've been focused before this meditation,
Now just letting that go and re-centering,
Focusing your attention on calming and relaxing,
Soothing and centering yourself.
Aware of yourself as a being of love,
Of peace,
And that your natural flow of energy is graceful,
Is calm,
Is centered.
As though you are bathing in an ocean of peace.
And every cell in your body softens with peace,
Relaxes and comes into harmony.
The deeper you let go,
The more you're able to experience your true nature as a calm,
Loving,
Peaceful being.
And your body relaxes,
Your mind relaxes.
And you might feel in your mind and your heart,
I am beautiful peace,
I am beautiful peace.
And as peace fills your being,
Peace surrounds you,
Just take a few breaths in this awareness of simply being peace.
And as you can see,
It only takes a few moments to settle into peace,
To completely relax any tension,
To remember your true calm,
Divine nature.
And so as you go into the rest of your day or evening,
Bringing this sense of calm,
This sense of peace,
Allowing yourself to be relaxed,
Centered,
And completely full of peace,
