Welcome to this sacred meditation on healing using the imagery of the Christmas tree and the symbolism and the light as we practice a visualization and healing method for our body,
Our mind and our spirit.
Let's begin by breathing in and as you breathe in,
Breathing all the way up your spine,
Feeling the light,
The center of your forehead,
The light at your crown as you breathe in.
As you breathe out,
See that line of light and energy moving all the way down your body,
Feeling your energy grounding through your feet into the love of the earth.
As you take these relaxing breaths,
Allow your shoulders to soften and melt,
Your chest to soften,
Your belly to relax,
Your hips to relax.
Your legs and your feet.
Bringing all of your energy into a softened,
Peaceful vibration.
You are intentionally telling your mind,
Your body,
Your heart to relax.
Whatever it is you were doing before this meditation has passed.
And in this moment you are softening into total peace.
Allowing yourself to melt into an ocean of peace.
As your body becomes more and more relaxed,
Feeling aware of yourself as the being of love shining behind your eyes.
And that this light that you are,
This star that you are,
The center of your forehead,
Is like the star on the top of the Christmas tree,
Shining,
Illuminating.
And you feel your feet as the roots of the tree,
Grounded,
Connected to the ground,
To the earth.
And above you,
You feel your feet as the roots of the tree,
Connected to the ground,
To the earth.
And above you,
You feel yourself the star connected to the supreme star,
The source,
The power station,
The one,
The divine God.
And there is this line of divine energy flowing into you,
The star.
This current of electricity from the source.
Almost like you are plugging yourself into the source of power and light.
And as you do,
You,
This embodied tree of light,
Is illuminated.
The star that you are is illuminated.
And then like the lights of the tree,
Your whole body,
Your every cell is illuminated with light.
And just resting here for a few minutes,
Aware of yourself as the star.
And connected to the supreme star.
And grounded by the earth star.
And your every cell illuminated with light.
A living Christmas tree.
Emanating light.
Bringing love,
Hope,
Light.
To all beings.
And as the living Christmas tree illumined,
And each cell illumined with perfect,
Pure light.
All that is not of this light in your consciousness and yourselves is expelled.
Evaporates.
Dissolves.
As there is light and only light.
Anchoring in this experience into your nervous system,
Your awareness that you are the living Christmas tree.
You,
The star,
The soul,
Are connected to the universe.
You,
The star,
The soul,
Are connected to the one,
The supreme.
You are connected to the earth through the roots of your feet.
And every cell is illumined with light and love.
And you emanate a constant peace,
Purity,
And beauty through your being.
And you can use this healing method any time of the year.
The image of the Christmas tree is beautiful.
In its symbolism,
Microcosm,
Macrocosm.
And in this context,
We're seeing ourselves and our body as that tree of light.
Rooted.
Illumined.
Connected.
Oceans and oceans of loving peace,
Light,
And illumination.
