Hello and welcome wherever you are starting to find your breath.
To let the body show you how it wants to breathe.
It might feel good to make sound on the exhale.
Letting the body lead you into this practice.
Allowing any movement.
Allowing the face to adjust,
To soften.
Allowing sound.
Maybe bringing hands to the body.
Maybe rocking on your sit bones or your feet.
Just feeling your body start to arrive.
If it had full permission,
If there was no rush to get here.
If it could just take its time to move,
To breathe,
To sound,
To drop down and in.
Taking a nice full deep breath into your body.
Sighing out the mouth on the exhale,
Feeling the sound.
Maybe allowing gravity to support you.
Dropping back down into the earth,
Into your life.
Feeling a downward spiral down into your belly,
Down into your hips,
Down into the earth.
Anchoring you,
Grounding you.
Might even feel nice to say aloud,
I am here.
Just noticing what is it like to be here.
Feeling the sensations in your body that are here.
The movement of energy.
Feeling what it's like to be you right now.
Without having to change or fix or make anything better,
Meeting yourself right here.
Breathing into whatever is alive for you.
And allowing the body to feel,
To move,
To sound,
To touch,
To do anything at all that it needs to,
That it wants to,
That would allow you to come back home.
To be here.
Taking one last full deep breath into your body,
Your heart,
Into the life that is right here,
Right now.
I am here.
And this completes your practice.
