You already have certainty,

Even in chaos.

And this meditation will help you to remember and deeply connect that in a deep soul level,

Experienced in your body,

Mind and heart.

So let's get started.

Find a comfortable position where you feel safe and undisturbed for remainder of this meditation.

Close your eyes and put your hands on top of your heart.

And for remainder of this meditation,

Listen to your heart exclusively.

You will hear my voice in the background.

You will hear your own thoughts in the background.

And I encourage you to focus your mind on listening to your breath.

Listening to your heart by staying present with you and your heart.

Through breathing to your heart,

As I guide you through a simple yet magically powerful three-step process of I am,

I want and thank you.

As you stay thankfully present to your heart,

Observing your breath,

Remind yourself.

Who are you?

Who are you truly?

Are you a soul,

Observer,

Human,

Businessman,

A failure,

A winner,

A legacy builder?

Who are you?

Who are you truly in your heart?

Who are you ideally?

Who do you want to be?

Acknowledge the truth.

Who do you choose to be?

And not in sense of who were you moments ago,

But in sense,

Who are you building yourself?

Who are you when no one's watching?

Who are you ideally?

Allow yourself to receive through your heart.

Notice the mind.

And trust your heart.

Because your heart already knows.

Your heart knows who you are.

When you feel full of love,

Full of happiness,

Full of passion,

Bliss,

Fulfillment,

That's who you truly are.

Whenever ready,

Ask yourself,

What do you want?

Ask yourself,

Ask your heart,

What do you want ideally?

And make sure it's a positive want,

Instead of what you don't want.

How does love look like for you?

How does more love,

Happiness look like for you?

Focus on what you want exclusively.

In a form of who you are.
