How to dissolve your frustration around tech problems?

If you're in a position where you have to do it for yourself,
You literally have two options.
Either you will do it and it's important enough and you do anything and everything that's required or you will give up.
If you know that you will have to do it,
You have also two options.
Where you do it now or later.
And to help you decide whether to do it now or later,
It's very simple.
How resourceful are you?
On your level of consciousness,
On your map of consciousness or energy levels,
Where do you stand right now?
And there's a simple way to figure it out.
Go to the heart of your feeling.
Allow yourself to feel and be honest.
How centered are you?
The more centered you are,
The easier and more creative solutions you will have.
More frustrated,
Lost and disappointed you feel or maybe even angry,
Less creative you are and less productive you are.
And that's why we meditate.
To put ourselves in the heart of our center,
Have clarity of mind and certainty and creative solutions that come with ease.
So let's practice.
Find a comfortable place where you feel safe and undisturbed for remainder of this soul activation to dissolve your frustrations or untech problems.
Relax your physical body,
Close your eyes and go within.
Bring your attention to your breath through your heart.
And for remainder of this practice,
Keep bringing your attention on your heart.
Allow yourself to feel.
Allow yourself to breathe and relax with every breath,
Becoming more and more present.
And since you came here to solve your tech problems,
You're likely to have your mind racing,
Looking for solutions,
Exploring this and that scenario.
And that's okay.
Remind yourself,
Remind your mind,
That your ability to solve problems depends on your resourcefulness.
So let's work on the highest leveraged thing,
Your resourcefulness.
Also,
Remind that if you could solve the issue at hand,
You would have solved it.
Therefore,
Something needs to change.
And that something is your resourcefulness,
Is your ability to remain centered and calm,
To be present.
So let's continue our practice.
Keep relaxing your body,
Keep being aware of your heart,
Keep bringing your mind back to your heart gently,
Allowing it to let hold,
Let go the hold of any thoughts and problems,
Knowing full well,
With faith,
That solution will come on its own as you loosen your grip.
Make sure you relax your eyes,
Soften your gaze and face,
Loosen your jaw,
Neck and shoulders.
Release any physical tension from your back,
Chest or any other part of your body.
Breathe out and release.
The more you allow yourself to relax,
The more you allow yourself to become more and more resourceful.
Keep remembering your heart.
And remember,
The key to solving any problem is remembering and having sharp focus on what you want.
So after this meditation,
Make sure you focus your mind solely for what you want.
What's the most important thing?
So keep breathing and relaxing,
Because often all you really need is long enough distraction from the problem so you can relax your mind,

There's nothing for you to do,
Nowhere to be,
Nothing to do,
Because you are safe here and now,
Allowing yourself to remember who you truly are.

Remember that you create your reality and your experiences,
And only you can decide how you want to feel.
