Welcome to art of making time and feeling alive so let's find a comfortable place where you feel safe and undisturbed for remainder of this soul activation,

Relax your physical body,

Close your eyes and go within bring your attention to your breath flowing through your heart simply breathe and notice what you notice there's nothing specific for you to notice it's about noticing what you notice and notice how easy it is to allow yourself to breathe but there's no need to control,

Change or adjust your breathing simply allow yourself to breathe through the pure place in your heart overflowing your body with ease,

Grace and flow,

Full of love and fulfillment right here,

Right now simply allow yourself to feel allow yourself to be simply observe and notice what you notice any thoughts,

Feelings,

Sensations,

Just release and relax and realize that art of making time comes from full presence being fully present to the most important thing in your life in the present moment so ask your heart now what do you want you may ask again what do you really want right now and allow yourself to be fully present to your heart and desire listen and observe allow yourself to feel,

Feel the answer and be thankfully present to receive what you want because how you make time is by doing what you want,

Doing what you truly want and being fully present to that activity by focusing on one thing and one thing only and as you focus you enter the flow and flow makes this most important thing in your life so allow yourself to focus to this one thing only allow yourself to release and cut off anything that is not that one thing allow yourself to disappear in this one thing you just receive and allow yourself to be alive see yourself doing this one thing and wanting to do this one thing and this is how you make time,

This is how you feel alive by being thankfully present
