While this meditation is made for Halloween,
It can be used at any time to assist with connecting with the other side.
My name is Joynee Fanning and I will be leading you through today's meditation.
To begin,
Take a seat or lay down.
Move around and get comfortable.
Then close your eyes.
To relax our body and mind,
Take deep breaths in through your nose,
Filling your belly and chest.
Hold for 4 seconds at the top and then exhale out through your mouth in an audible sigh.

See your energy growing roots like a tree at your feet and moving down to the ground towards the earth.
These roots go down and down,
Anchoring your energy.
Visualize your energy moving up and down your spine,
Activating your chakras,
And just keep visualizing this energy moving up and down.
Energy moving up and down your spine.
Set your intention now for this meditation.
Who do you wish to connect with?
What do you want to ask them?
What guidance are you seeking?
Set the intention that only things for your highest good can be seen and experienced.
Ask who you are connecting with to step forward.
Have no expectation as to what will happen next.
Simply wait to receive them and ask your questions.
