Welcome to this guided meditation for the winter solstice.

My name is Joy Brown and I will be guiding you in today's meditation.

To begin,

Take a seat or lay down,

Get comfortable,

And then close your eyes.

To calm our body and mind,

Take a deep breath in,

Hold for three seconds at the top,

Then exhale out in a large sigh.

Continue this deep breathing.

Let your breathing return to normal now.

I want you to search your heart space,

Inviting the aspects of yourself that have stayed hidden,

That have been buried,

Consciously or unconsciously,

Ask them to come forward.

Hold yourself in love and as these shadow aspects of yourself come forward,

Meet them with unconditional love.

Invite them to merge with you.

With your shadow aspects now integrated,

Now invite your light self,

Higher self,

Divine self,

All that is energetically above your current level and capacity of being.

Meet with them with unconditional love,

Inviting them to merge with you,

To share their wisdom and knowledge,

And to become one.

You now encompass your whole self,

Both light and dark,

Full of unconditional love.

You will move forward into the next six months growing in love for yourself,

For others,

And the world and beyond.

There is a waterfall of bright golden liquid glowing light.

When you are ready,

Walk through this waterfall,

Committing to loving every aspect of yourself as you go forward.

Give gratitude for all that has happened here.

Bring your awareness back to your body,

Slowly beginning to move and open your eyes.
