大家好,

我是你的靜觀培訓老師Athena今天有一個一分鐘的靜觀練習,

想邀請你一起參與首先,

我們找一個舒服的位置讓自己坐下然後感受我們的屁股坐在椅子上腳掌很舒服地平放在地板上準備好,

我想邀請你慢慢閉上眼睛感受一下我們的呼吸當吸氣的時候,

察覺到肚皮張開呼氣的時候,

感覺到肚臍收進背部再來慢慢吸氣然後呼氣慢慢吸氣,

張開肚皮然後呼氣感受一下我們頸側和肩膀都放鬆當你發現專注走開的時候我們重新再將專注放在我們的呼吸多給自己三個深呼吸再呼氣,

慢慢將察覺帶回當下當你準備好的時候,

我們慢慢張開眼睛
