Her style has been called ‘Zen with an edge!’ She brings her passion for meditation to guiding SF Sangha, teaching Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction, mentoring meditation teachers and supporting practitioners. When she isn't teaching, she enjoys bringing her practice of embodied awareness to chilling open water swims in the San Francisco Bay.
