Welcome.
Today's practice is for those who need a real pause,
A deep emotional rest that eases the inner weight and softens the mind and body.
Allow your nervous system to settle into a state of deep repose where mind and body can finally let go.
Let's begin.
Find a position where your body can feel supported as if nothing at this moment depends on you.
You can be seated in a chair or on the floor,
Whatever is most comfortable for you.
The important thing here is to feel that the body is ready for tranquility,
That nothing is bothering,
That nothing is disturbing.
And of course take your time to find your comfort spot.
There is no rush on this.
Once you find it,
Breathe slowly and as you exhale,
Let the weight of your shoulders drop very naturally without pushing,
Without forcing,
With your exhalation.
With this gentle breathing,
Just imagine that you're entering a silent space,
A place with no demands,
No expectations,
No hurry.
This is a place where you don't have to answer to anyone.
We'll call it your sanctuary.
Inhale and feel the body.
Exhale and allow any tension to begin to melt away.
Inhale,
Feel your body.
And exhale,
Allow any tension to begin to melt away.
Now bring your attention to your face.
Soften your jaw,
Your eyes,
Your forehead.
Let your face adopt an expression of deep rest.
Once your face is fully relaxed,
Very slowly and gently move your awareness down to your chest.
And observe if there is any held emotion there,
A pressure,
A knot,
A restlessness.
Just observe,
Register,
Notice.
You don't need to solve anything,
Just offer a gentle space,
A gentle look.
No need to process something,
No need to understand.
Just observe.
And like a warm blanket covering what hurts,
Visualize now a broad breath entering your emotional heart and an exhalation that releases,
That empties,
That cleanses.
Simply allow your mind to rest.
Don't control,
Don't analyze,
Don't try to understand.
Just feel that with your exhalation something releases,
Something empties,
Something is clean now.
And just breathe as if each exhale whispers,
I don't have to hold everything right now.
And remain in this rest,
In this space.
I don't have to hold everything right now.
I don't have to hold everything right now.
Remain in this rest,
In this pause that your body recognizes as a temporary home,
As your sanctuary.
I don't have to hold everything right now.
I don't have to hold everything right now.
Whenever you are ready,
Start returning very slowly and just feel,
Notice,
Acknowledge that something has eased,
Even if just a little.
And remember,
This sanctuary is available to you without hurry and without demands.
Returning here is an unconscious act of emotional self-care.
It's a reminder that you deserve deep pauses,
Safe spaces and a kinder way to inhabit in yourself.
Whenever you're ready,
Just open your eyes,
Feel the environment and come back to your five senses.
And thank you very much.
Until next time.
