Take a moment.
Feel yourself grounded into your seat.
And we're going to breathe in through the nose.
Exhale through the mouth.
Sip in through the mouth.
And exhale through the nose.
Again,
Breathing in through your nose.
Exhale through the mouth.
Sip in through the straw.
And exhale through the nose.
Again,
Breathing in,
Fill the belly through the nose.
Exhale through the mouth.
Sip in through the straw.
And exhale through your nose.
Feeling the body and mind calming slowly and gently.
Breathe again through the nose.
Exhale all the way down.
Sip in.
Exhale through the nose.
Noticing the belly expanding and contracting,
Breathe in through your nose.
Exhale.
Three more rounds together.
Breathe in through the nose.
Exhale.
Sip in.
And out.
In through your nose.
Exhale all the way down.
Sip in.
And out.
Last round.
Breathe in.
Exhale.
Sip all the way.
And in.
Just beginning to notice your natural breath.
Allowing the effects of this technique to wash over the body.
