I want to invite you to ask yourself one question today.
No matter what you're feeling,
Maybe you're having a down day.
Maybe you're in a bad mood.
Maybe you're feeling stressed.
Maybe you feel pressed for time.
Ask yourself,
What is one small thing that I can do today that will move me in the direction of well-being?
It can be really small,
Making yourself a good cup of coffee or tea and giving yourself a few minutes to savor it as you sit in the sunshine.
Maybe it's reaching out to a friend today on your drive to work or taking a few minutes to walk outside and be in nature.
Putting on your favorite music and dancing in the kitchen or getting that one thing done that you've been putting off.
Whatever it is,
Be intentional.
Choose it and see it as a way of saying to yourself,
I see you.
I'm here with you.
I care.
It may sound small,
It may sound insignificant,
But when we can learn to be on our own side,
To put even one drop in our bucket of wellbeing each day.
Things begin to change in profound ways.
