My name is Monika and I'm very happy to have you here.
Today we are going to focus on releasing the weight of the world and giving yourself the gift of deep relaxation.
So find a comfortable position,
Either sitting or laying down,
And gently close your eyes.
Take a slow deep breath in through your nose.
Fill your lungs with air,
Feeling the coolness as it enters and then let it out slowly through your mouth,
Releasing any tension.
And continue breathing in and now imagine yourself sitting beside a quiet lake.
The water is still,
Reflecting the sky above,
Clear and calm.
Picture the gentle waves moving across the surface,
Like your thoughts,
Soft and undisturbed.
With each breath,
Let your body mirror the peacefulness of the lake.
Notice how your body begins to soften as the tension slips away.
Focus on your feet,
Feel the ground beneath you,
Holding you,
Supporting you.
With each breath,
Imagine the energy from the Earth rising up,
Grounding you.
Let that feeling spread to your legs,
Your hips and your chest.
As you breathe in,
Feel the air fill your lungs with peace and as you breathe out,
Let go of any worries,
Just like leaves floating away on the lake.
Now,
Slowly begin to imagine the stress melting of your body,
Like warm candle wax dripping away with every breath.
Let it pull and disappear into the calm,
Dark water,
Leaving you with a sense of lightness and relaxation.
Take a moment here as your body rests in stillness to appreciate the quiet strength within you.
You are safe.
You are at peace.
And you deserve this moment of deep rest.
And when you are ready,
Gently open your eyes and return to the world carrying this calm
