This mini check-in welcomes you to a moment of practice where you get to arrive in the present moment. We take a few deep breaths and notice what is going on inside, in the physical body as well as in the mind and in our heart. Take a moment to come home to yourself.

Welcome,

It's so good to be with you again.

Let's take a deep breath together,

Inhale all the way,

Hold it for a moment,

And exhale,

Let it go with a sigh.

Good.

Let's arrive here,

Be fully present here.

And then take another inhale,

And with that inhale,

Notice how your energy is moving up from your tailbone all the way up to the crown of your head.

And with the exhale,

Relax.

Another inhale,

Let the energy wander up your spine all the way to the crown of your head.

And exhale.

One more,

There's a charm,

Inhale,

Let your energy wander up from the tailbone all the way to the top of your head.

And exhale,

Relax.

And then notice,

Notice what is currently going on in your body.

Connect to your belly center.

What's going on in there right now?

How do you feel in your physical body?

Just acknowledge whatever is there.

And then let your attention wander up a little towards your heart.

How's your emotional body?

What feelings and emotions are passing through right now?

Again,

Just notice,

No need to change anything.

Just let it be.

And then let your attention wander up a little further into your mental body.

How's your thinking mind doing right now?

Notice what thoughts are passing through.

Just observe,

Again,

No need to interfere.

And then turn your attention towards your spiritual body.

How's your sweet,

Sweet soul?

Take one more deep breath here.

Exhale,

Relax.

And then gently blink your eyes open.
