Let's take a deep breath in,
Close our eyes,
And return to this,
Maybe by now,
So familiar place which is not a place,
This beingness,
This presence that we are,
That witnesses the breathing,
Witnesses the thoughts,
The feelings,
The body,
The environment,
Everything that happens within.
It's nice to remember that it has no intentions,
No judgments,
No desires for things to unfold in a particular way,
Just is,
And then within this isness so many explorations can arise,
So many questions about well-being,
Happiness,
Connection,
Relationships,
Movement,
Authenticity can arise,
And at the core of each of these questions is the desire to return to this presence,
And as the answers become clearer,
As we're exploring any particular aspect of experience,
There is also the ability to return to presence,
And each time this happens there is a less of a veiling,
Or the veil is lifted on that particular part of experience,
And then the body-mind naturally goes to the next thing to explore,
And at times like this we can just stay in this potentiality for the next question to arise,
Without forcing it,
Without trying to find anything in particular,
Maybe even aiming to remain in this potentiality and not have a question,
And of course then time continues to move,
The body continues to breathe,
Things continue to unfold,
But there is the deep connection with or deep knowing that who we are is the witness,
Who has no intentions,
No particular wants or needs,
And remains always at peace,
Independent of circumstances,
And what I have just shared in this meditation can be a good definition of the words being here now,
