Welcome,

Dear friend.

Thank you so much for joining me.

I'm thrilled that you're here and interested in this practice of where you'll be invited to call something that's enlivening and beautiful and nourishing into being.

So let's begin.

Finding a comfortable position for your body,

Settling in to whatever degree of stillness is possible in this moment,

Allowing your body to feel held and supported,

And to really give way to gravity so that there's a softening into the present moment,

Feeling into the wave of the breath in the body wherever it's most vivid,

Orientating to the ambient sounds and also the visual impressions,

Whether your eyes are closed fully or your gaze is slightly open and relaxed.

And just taking a general stock of whatever's here now,

Whatever's alive and ever-present in this moment in the dimensions of your being,

Body,

Mind,

Heart.

And once you feel more settled in and this sense of connectedness is starting to gain momentum,

You're invited to imagine you're living in a reality where you feel fully and completely connected.

You feel completely alive in every which way possible in all directions.

So what does your life look like?

Visualize it in great detail.

Maybe it's the life you're living right now,

And this is such an opportunity to acknowledge it and appreciate it.

But maybe there's things that aren't happening in your life right now that you desire to be happening that you know will support your being.

So let your mind go there.

Take this broad stroke of your life and even of your future and imagine what a life would look like if you were fully and completely alive.

Where are you?

Who are you with or who are you surrounded by?

What are you doing?

Create a vivid picture of this in your mind and observe what's stirring inside of you while you do.

So what's happening now?

How does it feel to be living this truth,

Noticing it in this moment?

Does it feel joyful,

Peaceful,

Exhilarating?

Do you feel content and satisfied and grateful?

Take this opportunity to get in touch with these emotions of your experience,

Of whatever it is you're wanting to call into being.

Get to know their felt sense in the body,

The mind,

And heart.

You might notice some tingling vibrations,

Sense of warmth or spaciousness.

Your mind might feel illuminated and light.

Your heart might feel open and receptive and full of all those wholesome emotions and states of mind.

If you're struggling to feel any of those things,

Don't make it a problem.

It's not a big deal.

Don't need to judge or try to manufacture anything more than what's happening right now.

Just the sheer fact that you're here engaging in this practice is enough and can there be a sense of appreciation for that?

Understanding that this is a practice and a skill,

And it can take some time to really experience it in a visceral sense and a palpable sense.

Understanding also that these feelings,

Maybe that you so desire,

Exist inside of you right now.

They're here.

All you need to do is incline your mind and heart towards them,

And then notice how they come alive in your body experientially.

In this life that you so desire,

That will allow you to come alive,

And the feelings that are linked to it,

Know that they're happening right now.

They're real because you can get in touch with those feelings right now.

This is the energy of calling something into being,

And that something is always wholesome,

Uplifting,

Energizing,

And life-giving.

Giving yourself permission here,

Sweet one,

To abide fully in these pleasurable feelings,

In these wholesome vibrations,

As though you're being bathed in them,

By them.

Trust that by feeling this now,

Here in this moment,

That you are drawing whatever you desire for your life,

Whatever you know helps you to come alive.

You're drawing it closer to you in this very moment,

Simply because you're aligning your being with it and with those higher vibrations.

So trust in this process,

And continually,

Deliberately call these beautiful,

Life-enriching feelings and visualizations or images.

Fourth,

In this moment,

And notice how,

Right here,

Right now,

They're enlivening,

Energizing,

Allowing these next few moments to be one where you can simply rest in.

A space of goodness.

It's helpful to bring a smile to your face.

If you're not smiling already,

I invite you to do so.

And as you rest your attention lightly on your breathing body,

And there's still this sense of awareness,

Of being here in this moment,

Connected,

Completely and fully at ease.

At ease and alive,

Taking these last few moments to really know it,

Feel it,

Enrich it,

And then remembering that you can return to this feeling at any time.

And the more that you do,

The more available it becomes,

And the life in which you desire comes into manifestation or is manifested,

Comes into reality,

Becomes your current reality.

And before I ring the bell,

If you so care to,

Any feel-good feelings that have been generated in this practice,

If you care to,

You can share them with others,

Loved ones,

Those that are in your orbit,

Or maybe just outside of.

Or somewhere out there in the cosmos.

And recognizing how sharing these wholesome qualities,

It only helps to foster them even more.

So taking that with you,

Sweet one.

And seeing this practice as being of benefit to all beings.

And of course,

Yourself included.
