Hello and welcome to this deep comfort relaxation meditation.
My name is Francisca and I'm honored to be your guide throughout this meditation.
During this meditation there will be moments of silence,
But just know that I'll meet you at the end of the silence to guide you.
The intention of today's practice is a reminder of the deep knowledge that you are always supported no matter what.
As always,
If your mind wanders,
That's okay.
You can go ahead and let it wander,
And if you feel yourself falling asleep,
That's fine too,
Because most likely that's what you need is rest.
But if you'd like,
You can always gently guide yourself back into the moment,
Into the practice with today's mantra.
Sa Amamba,
Or I lean into support.
I lean into support,
And we'll just start by getting comfortable.
Just remembering that it's always worth the extra effort to make yourself even one percent more comfortable.
And as we go inward together,
Notice what's true for you in this moment.
How do you feel?
And for the next few moments,
Nothing is needed from you.
How does that statement sit with you?
To know that nothing is needed from you in this moment.
It's okay if that answer feels uncomfortable.
There's nothing to fix or nothing to understand,
Just noticing.
It's okay if your mind starts racing with all the things that you have to do.
In this moment,
Nothing is needed from you.
Allowing the muscles in your eyes to just soften.
The muscles in your shoulders soften as the shoulders fall away from the ears.
And left shoulder softens.
Left arm relaxes.
Left hand softens and opens up.
Right shoulder relaxes.
Right arm softens.
Right hand softens.
Rest opens and softens and melts into support.
The belly softens.
Upper back softens.
Mid back softens.
Low back softens.
Hips relax.
Left leg softens.
Left knee softens.
Left calf muscle relaxes.
Left ankle softens.
Left foot relaxes.
Left toes relax.
Right leg softens.
Right knee relaxes.
Right calf muscle softens.
Right ankle loosens and relaxes.
Right heel relax.
Right toes relax.
As your inhales lengthen and deepen.
Remembering today's mantra,
Sa Alamba,
Or I lean into support.
What does it feel like to know that your voice matters?
What does it feel like to know that you are sacred?
What does it feel like to know that you are enough?
Allowing your consciousness to awaken to the knowing that you are infinitely supported.
Opening a gateway to a reserve of unlimited love.
This unlimited love that never wanes.
The unlimited love that is not impacted by the chaos around you.
Your heart opens just a bit more.
As the inhales lengthen and deepen.
And the exhale softens.
Feeling the muscles just release and melt one by one.
And what would it be like to lean in and soften one percent more?
For the next few moments,
I invite you to explore that question.
What would it be like to lean in and soften one percent more?
Gently noticing your breath as it flows in,
Then out.
And with each breath you relax and melt into the support underneath you more and more.
Recalling today's mantra,
Sa'a'alamba or I lean into support.
If you're open and willing,
Expanding the vortex of your heart.
How does it feel to soften into the support while keeping your heart open?
Sa'a'alamba,
I lean into support.
Are you open to nurturing the grace and compassion that exists inside of you?
Relaxing all the muscles in your face and allowing your body to become heavy and soft.
Giving yourself the gift of presence and peace for the next few moments.
Breathing with awareness can open a gateway to a reserve of unlimited love.
The unlimited love which never wanes.
The unlimited love that is not impacted by the chaos around us.
Simply calling your energy back to your body,
Back into this space.
Deepening your breath as you feel your breath flow through your body and pulling strength from the surface below you.
That strength moves up through your body invigorating every cell of your body.
Light energizing your entire being.
Thank yourself for taking the time to focus on your wellbeing.
