Good morning,
Beautiful one.
Perhaps you're listening to this meditation in bed,
Just awakening or you've settled in to a space in the home or perhaps even outside,
Ready to begin your day.
Before we begin today's meditation,
I'd like you to take a moment here checking in with yourself,
Checking in with your physical body,
Any areas that are speaking up to you today,
Holding on to any tension or perhaps a little sore,
Stiff,
Or achy from last night's sleep,
Giving a moment here to breathe in to these spaces,
Showing them a little extra attention and love.
And I'd like you to check in with your emotional states.
How are you feeling this morning,
Dear one?
Are there any lingering messages that came through for you last night during your dream states?
Bringing those to mind right now.
And if you haven't already,
Gently close your eyes.
We're going to begin with three conscious,
Cleansing breaths,
Breathing in to those spaces that just spoke up to you,
Whether it be in your mind or in your body,
Inhaling through your nose,
Filling up those lungs,
And as you exhale,
Release it all with a sigh.
Twice more,
In through your nose,
Expanding into that belly,
And as you exhale,
Let it all go.
Last one,
Your deepest breath of the day,
The most cleansing one of all,
In through your nose,
Hold it here at the top,
And as you exhale,
Release it with a sigh.
Take notes of how grounded,
Energized,
And excited you feel for the day ahead,
How grateful you are for another day.
Another day for you to use your voice unapologetically.
Another day for you to share your heart,
Your light,
Your laughter with the world.
Another day for you to learn from others,
Learn through your own experiences,
And grow not only for yourself,
Not only for your family,
Not only for your community,
But deep growth for all,
For every human here.
This is what we need right now.
We need you.
We need you to show up as yourself.
I'd like you to pick an intention for today,
Sweet soul.
And if nothing is coming to mind here,
It's okay.
Have grace.
Have patience with yourself.
It starts with you.
Repeating after me,
Either gently or loud,
Or quietly in your mind.
Show me where I need to grow.
Show me the lessons I need to learn.
Show me where to share my gifts.
Show me where to share my love.
Show me where to share my light.
Show me how to use my voice.
I am open to everything today that life has to offer me.
Breathing into this space here.
Looking back to your breath and these intentions as you move throughout your day.
This is your safe space.
This is your home.

This feeling right here is your soul essence.
Breathing into it.
