Good evening.

When you're ready,

We're going to begin by closing your eyes and connecting to that breath.

Taking a big inhale in through the nose,

Holding for two seconds at the top,

And letting out with a sigh.

Two more times through,

Big inhale through the nose,

Filling up that belly,

Exhaling and sighing out through the mouth.

One last time,

Your biggest breath of the day in through the nose,

Holding at the top and out through the mouth with your biggest sigh yet,

Releasing any stresses,

Any anxiety,

Any tension from today.

I'd like you to bring your right hand over your heart space and your left hand comes over your belly.

Taking a moment here,

Connecting with the palms of your hands,

That tingling energetic sensation,

That tender touch over those spaces from heart to palm and belly to palm.

Once again,

Finding that breath as your heart rate slows down and relaxes.

Starting with the top of your head,

I want you to relax the space in your forehead,

The space in between your eyebrows softens.

Your eyes gently closed and your jaw begins to relax,

Perhaps releasing the tongue from the roof of your mouth,

Leaning your head gently back,

Exposing that throat space ever so slightly.

When you're ready,

You can release that holds,

Tucking your chin into your chest just a little bit,

Bringing those shoulders slightly back,

Rooting them into the earth,

Opening up through that heart center,

Allowing your body to physically receive,

Creating the physical space within your body to receive any messages that need to come through before bed.

If you feel any resistance here,

Tune into that sensation,

Perhaps asking yourself why your body is trying to resist this feeling of opening up your heart center.

And two more breaths here.

When you're ready,

You can relax those shoulders again,

Making sure they're pulled out of your ears.

Your hands can come down to the sides of you if you haven't already,

Palms facing up,

Again,

Creating that physical space to receive anything that needs to come through before bed or during your night's rest.

Releasing your attention to that soft belly as it expands fully with air.

And as we relax further,

We notice how it becomes slower.

Our nervous system begins to really relax,

Rooting that tailbone into the ground,

Relaxing all the way down to your toes.

As you relax deeper,

Bring your attention to a cloud that gently comes underneath you,

Casting you out of your bed to your favorite space in nature at night.

Perhaps it's a space you've never been to before.

Perhaps it's one you've been many times.

The cloud gently sets you down here and you notice a hot spring.

Stepping down into the hot spring is five large steps,

Taking them slowly,

Stepping down from five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

And one.

Releasing your attention to the warm water.

You can safely stand in this hot spring or take a seat,

The water coming up over your shoulders.

Notice on the sensation of the moonlight shining in through the crown of your head.

Cleansing your body from the top of your head with this white aura that washes down over your head,

Down your shoulders,

And moves through your body into this warm water.

Maybe taking a moment to gaze up at the stars.

Without the light pollution here,

We can see everything.

Tune in to how relaxed,

How nourished,

How cleansed your nervous system feels right now.

See if it feels good to dip your head in,

Cleansing your face,

Wetting your hair,

Even swimming around.

Releasing on the sensation your body is feeling here in this hot spring.

Releasing any last bit of tension that you can feel physically in your body from the day.

Releasing those muscles.

Before we get out and drift off to sleep,

I'd like you to repeat after me.

I am nourished and grounded.

I have everything I need right now.

I am so grateful for this body that I am in.

I am life.

I am presence.

I am grateful.

I am abundant.

I am love.

I am connection.

I am healing.

I am healthy.

I am open to receiving any messages,

Gifts,

Or lessons during my dream state tonight.

When you're ready,

I'd like you to gently step out of the hot spring.

Stepping onto the cloud once more,

Lying down as it safely takes you back into your room,

Back onto your bed.

Staying here as long as you need.

Need to receive any downloads that may come to you through your unconscious dream state tonight.

Sending you love.

Welcome home.
