No matter the time morning noon or night press pause take a breath and let the air fill your lungs expanding them your chest rising and finally release again breathe in feel your chest as it rises keep going inhale until you can't go anymore and then release this is the pause your body needs the pause your mind is craving so continue to breathe fill your lungs as much as possible and release continue breathing a calm and steady breath leads to a calm and steady mind and body so breathe if your mind begins to wander and your breath stops it's okay just come back again and pick up where you left off before pressing play on your day again remind yourself when it gets overwhelming to press pause and breathe
