Welcome to today's meditation.
In today's meditation you get to visualize the best version of yourself.
Go ahead and get comfortable and close your eyes.
Take a deep breath all the way down into your belly,
Breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth to start.
Just centering yourself here now.
Let's do a couple more like that.
Deep breath in,
Exhale letting go of all of the stuff you don't need to take with you on your inward journey today.
Feeling the belly expand as you inhale and fall as you exhale.
And then when you're ready,
Allowing the breath to flow in and out of your nose throughout this practice.
Just connect to the flow of your breath.
I want you to imagine that you're walking into a beautiful open space filled with light.
Representing the field of infinite possibilities.
But before you enter into this space where you will imagine the best version of yourself,
You see a basket right next to you.
This basket represents letting go.
And you get to throw anything you want to throw into this basket and let it go.
Whatever that's been feeling heavy or if you've been putting yourself down in some way,
You can go ahead and throw it into the basket.
Whatever you throw into that basket,
It evaporates.
Go ahead,
Let it go.
You deserve to imagine the best version of yourself because it's already within you.
When we are our best versions of ourselves,
We remember all of the qualities that are already within all of us,
Including you.
Including you.
So as you enter this beautiful space filled with light,
Filled with light,
You immediately remember all of the great things about yourself that are definitely there.
You remember how kind you are or how fun you are.
How caring or how warm.
Take a moment here to give yourself that gift today of remembering the moments in your life when you've allowed yourself to be all of that.
To be all of that.
To be the best version of yourself when you've embraced all of the beautiful qualities within you.
And you might even want to say to yourself,
I appreciate this about myself.
Whatever it is that you truly appreciate,
Say it.
I appreciate this about myself.
It's so easy in life to focus on what is not here when all we need to do to do in moments like that is to remember everything that is already here within you.
Could you imagine now if you brought this full version of yourself into your day today?
Take a moment here to imagine how your day would unfold.
How you would feel throughout the day.
How your conversations would be different.
You get to choose,
You know,
How you enter into your day today.
How do you want to enter?
What do you want to focus on?
What part of you do you want to bring with you in everything you do today?
Is it your joy?
Your fun?
Your calmness?
What is it?
Feel how that would feel to carry that with you throughout the day.
And then enter into the day today as the best version of yourself.
And when you're ready you can go ahead and take a deep breath in.
Sealing this practice and gently come back to the space you're in and open your eyes.
