I'm so glad you're joining me for this magical white Christmas meditation.
No matter where you are,
A white Christmas is a pretty special thing,
But sometimes Mother Nature has a different plan,
Right?
Sometimes we have a hard time getting in that Christmas spirit,
Depending on what's going on in our lives.
So I just kind of felt like this might be kind of a fun little meditation to create.
Okay,
So find a comfortable place and take a deep breath in and out.
Breathe in deeply and out fully.
Take one more deep breath in and one more full breath out.
Letting go of any unseasonal visions from outside your mind or outside your door.
Start to settle in to that softer,
More natural breath.
And allow each breath to soothe your soul.
As your mind quiets,
Imagine yourself outside in your favorite parka,
Hat and mittens.
All cozy and comfortable.
As you're wishing there were snow on the ground,
As you're wishing there were snow on the ground,
You see more and more as you look up to the sky.
As you look up to the sky,
You see a single snowflake fall slowly and peacefully.
A smile comes over your face as another falls in front of your eyes.
Another lands on your nose and melts into your smile.
Then you see more and more perfect little flakes falling so softly and gently through the air.
Their pristine whites starts to cover the ground as your grin grows wider and wider.
As you walk towards town,
The Christmas music is playing and you drift back perfect into Christmases of the past.
Memories fill your mind and your smile grows even more.
As you plan your holiday gathering with family and friends,
You are overcome with the festive lights around town dancing with the seasonal music.

Your heart fills with joy and love.
You immerse yourself shopping for the perfect gifts for all of your friends and family.

As you emerge from the stores,
The snow has become fully magical and has transformed everyone to the joy of the holidays.
You grab a seasonal hot chocolate for your stroll home and enjoy the bliss of the magical white Christmas.
Let this vision flow and grow as you can only imagine.
